鐵嶺市小學心理健康教育現(xiàn)狀調查及對策研究
[Abstract]:With the change of times and the change of society, the pressure of people's life is gradually increasing, and psychological problems become one of the focal points of people's attention. In recent years, many investigations show that the trend of lower age of students' psychological problems is becoming more and more obvious, and the mental problems of primary school students should be the focus of attention of relevant educators. The student view of the new curriculum reform points out that students are individuals with all-round development and their growth needs humanistic care. Psychological quality is an important quality for the all-round development of students. Psychological quality affects the development of students' potential and ability, and has important significance for the development of students' life since the late 1990s. The Ministry of Education issued a series of opinions or outline documents on mental health education. From then on, the school mental health education in our country presents the benign development state, but at present the mental health education work also inevitably has some problems, the mental health education has the different appearance in different regions. Therefore, it is necessary to study the implementation of mental health education in different regions. The present situation of mental health education in primary schools in Tieling is studied by literature research and questionnaire. It is found that mental health education in Tieling is developing step by step and has made some achievements. But at the same time there are the following problems: (1) the organization and management system of mental health education in Tieling should be gradually improved; (2) the number of teachers is large, but the professional talents of mental health education are lacking; (3) every school has set up mental health education course. However, the quality of the course is not good; (4) the teaching resources of mental health education are scarce, and the development of urban and rural areas is not balanced; (5) the work of mental health education evaluates "the forms of the whole city are various and the forms of each school are single". In view of the problems existing in the present situation of mental health education in Tieling City above, this paper puts forward the corresponding improving strategies and suggestions: (1) strengthening the construction of teachers' ranks and establishing a professional psychological education team in primary schools; (2) strengthening the organization and leadership of mental health education in primary schools, perfecting the work system and evaluation system, (3) strengthening the main position of the classroom, making mental health education in various forms, (4) improving the ideology and strengthening the construction of hardware facilities, Attach importance to rural mental health education.
