【摘要】：我國(guó)教育督導(dǎo)制度形成于近代,它經(jīng)歷了晚清時(shí)期的三級(jí)視學(xué)制度時(shí)期和民國(guó)督學(xué)制度時(shí)期,制度體系逐漸完善。但是,受時(shí)局的影響,這一時(shí)期的教育督導(dǎo)制度在設(shè)計(jì)、執(zhí)行的過(guò)程中存在著許多問(wèn)題。從河南地區(qū)教育督導(dǎo)制度的演變過(guò)程,可以觀察到教育督導(dǎo)制度在地方推行的具體情況。當(dāng)時(shí),民國(guó)時(shí)論對(duì)教育督導(dǎo)制度寄予了很高的期望,然而,從具體的實(shí)施情況來(lái)看,包括河南在內(nèi)的各地巡學(xué)、督學(xué)制度,無(wú)論是在理論方面,還是在實(shí)踐方面都不完善,都有很大的改善空間。其中,一些諸如視導(dǎo)與行政關(guān)系的探索等,可以為當(dāng)下提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The educational supervision system of our country was formed in modern times. It experienced the period of three-level inspection system in the late Qing Dynasty and the period of the supervision system of the Republic of China, and the system was gradually perfected. However, under the influence of the current situation, there are many problems in the design and implementation of the educational supervision system in this period. From the evolvement process of educational supervision system in Henan province, we can observe the concrete situation of educational supervision system being carried out in local areas. At that time, the Republic of China placed high expectations on the educational supervision system. However, from the point of view of the concrete implementation, the inspection and supervision systems in various places, including Henan, were not perfect either in theory or in practice. There is a lot of room for improvement. Some of them, such as the exploration of visual guidance and administrative relations, can provide reference for the present.
