【摘要】：基于U-S伙伴合作的教師教育能夠彌補(bǔ)中小學(xué)校本教研缺乏專(zhuān)業(yè)引領(lǐng)和理論指導(dǎo)的缺陷,但其固有的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾卻不斷困擾著合作主體并阻礙模式的大范圍推廣。網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修社區(qū)的應(yīng)用為U-S伙伴合作提供了技術(shù)性路徑選擇空間,網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修社區(qū)支持的應(yīng)用課題研究型U-S伙伴合作模式是大中小學(xué)和政府共同參與、以網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修社區(qū)為重要支撐、以應(yīng)用型課題研究為主要依托、以課例研究為主要形式的在職教師校本研修模式。實(shí)踐證明,這種新型的U-S伙伴合作模式不但能夠促進(jìn)中小學(xué)教師個(gè)體專(zhuān)業(yè)情意的發(fā)展,還能夠促進(jìn)教研團(tuán)隊(duì)組織學(xué)習(xí)力的增強(qiáng),有利于中小學(xué)校的整體性變革。
[Abstract]:The teacher education based on U-S partnership can make up for the lack of professional guidance and theoretical guidance in primary and secondary school-based teaching and research, but its inherent structural contradictions continue to haunt the main body of cooperation and hinder the promotion of the model on a large scale. The application of network study community provides the technical path choice space for U-S partner cooperation. The research U-S partnership mode of network research community support is the participation of universities, primary and middle schools and the government, with the network study community as the important support. On the basis of practical research and case study, the model of in-service teachers' school-based study is introduced. The practice shows that this new U-S partnership mode can not only promote the development of teachers' individual professional feelings, but also promote the organizational and learning ability of teaching and research teams, which is conducive to the overall reform of primary and secondary schools.
