【摘要】：教育智庫的建設(shè)意味著我國(guó)教育研究的路向開始擺脫以西方理論話語研究范式為重心的傳統(tǒng)而走向注重于本土實(shí)踐性教育話語構(gòu)建的研究范式。在教育理論話語紛呈的今天,這一轉(zhuǎn)變無疑是教育研究的話語領(lǐng)域的一次重要革命。通過對(duì)我國(guó)近現(xiàn)代教育研究話語譜系的追溯,也能清晰地顯現(xiàn)出本土實(shí)踐性的教育話語體系在教育實(shí)踐構(gòu)建中的革命性作用。由于教育智庫的出現(xiàn)為研究者和政府部門架起了溝通的橋梁,為本土實(shí)踐性教育話語的建構(gòu)提供了土壤環(huán)境,而借鑒國(guó)際教育智庫成功的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)又有利于我們建設(shè)一批功能更加齊全的智庫。這要求我國(guó)新型教育智庫建設(shè)要借助國(guó)際比較的方法,在現(xiàn)代化和傳統(tǒng)之間、科學(xué)性和人文性、國(guó)際化和本土化之間尋找平衡點(diǎn),在域外和民族教育的發(fā)展史中找尋本土化教育話語建構(gòu)的路徑。具體來講就是教育智庫所形成的教育理論并不是"聽來"的,也不是"想來"的,它應(yīng)該是"可靠的"、"有用的",并能滿足人民群眾需要的,即理論的形成是建立在對(duì)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了客觀系統(tǒng)性的研究基礎(chǔ)之上的。由此而言,中國(guó)的教育實(shí)踐應(yīng)該是教育智庫本土實(shí)踐性教育話語構(gòu)建的基本的邏輯起點(diǎn),從而,教育智庫對(duì)于當(dāng)前中國(guó)教育研究的話語與教育實(shí)踐就具有了革命性的意義。
[Abstract]:The construction of educational think tank means that the direction of educational research in our country is beginning to move away from the tradition of western theoretical discourse research paradigm and towards the research paradigm focusing on the construction of local practical educational discourse. In today's educational theory discourse, this transformation is undoubtedly an important revolution in the field of educational research. By tracing back to the discourse pedigree of modern educational research in China, the revolutionary role of the local practical educational discourse system in the construction of educational practice can also be clearly revealed. Because of the emergence of educational think tank for researchers and government departments to build a bridge for the construction of local practical education discourse provides a soil environment. Learning from the successful development experience of the international education think tank will help us to build a batch of more complete function think tanks. This requires the construction of a new type of educational think tank in China to find a balance between modernization and tradition, between science and humanism, between internationalization and localization, by means of international comparison. In the history of the development of foreign and ethnic education, we seek the path of the construction of local educational discourse. Specifically, the educational theory formed by the educational think-tank is not "audible" or "wanted". It should be "reliable" and "useful" and can meet the needs of the people. That is, the formation of theory is based on the objective and systematic study of practice. Therefore, the educational practice in China should be the basic logical starting point for the construction of the local practical educational discourse of the educational think-tank. Thus, the educational think-tank has revolutionary significance for the discourse and educational practice of the current educational research in China.
