【摘要】：本文使用競(jìng)賽模型對(duì)學(xué)校分層教學(xué)(即按能力分班)及隨機(jī)分班進(jìn)行評(píng)估。假定學(xué)生天賦服從均勻分布,模型表明,相對(duì)于隨機(jī)分班而言,分層教學(xué)有助于促進(jìn)低天賦和高天賦學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí),但對(duì)中等天賦學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)有消極影響。當(dāng)學(xué)校目標(biāo)是全面教學(xué),即學(xué)校注重所有學(xué)生的成就時(shí),隨機(jī)分班優(yōu)于分層教學(xué);而當(dāng)學(xué)校目標(biāo)是培優(yōu)教學(xué),即關(guān)注最好學(xué)生的成就時(shí),分層教學(xué)是更好的選擇。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the competition model is used to evaluate the hierarchical teaching and random classes. Assuming the uniform distribution of students' gifted clothing, the model shows that compared with random classes, stratified teaching helps to promote the learning of students with low and high talents, but has a negative effect on the learning of students with medium talents. When the school goal is comprehensive teaching, that is, when the school pays attention to the achievement of all students, the random class division is better than the stratified teaching, while when the school goal is to cultivate the excellent teaching, that is, pay attention to the achievement of the best students, stratified teaching is a better choice.
