【摘要】：文章以問(wèn)責(zé)為視角,探討國(guó)家教師資格考試所可能帶來(lái)的影響:即,有利于提高我國(guó)教師隊(duì)伍的專(zhuān)業(yè)性,但有可能損害教師教育的獨(dú)特性;有利于推動(dòng)師范院校的內(nèi)部改革,但有可能帶來(lái)教師教育應(yīng)試化和解構(gòu)傾向;有利于開(kāi)放的教師教育體系的發(fā)展,但存在教師教育進(jìn)一步弱化和邊緣化的危險(xiǎn)�；诖�,文章建議:加強(qiáng)教師教育體系頂層設(shè)計(jì),從單一問(wèn)責(zé)模式轉(zhuǎn)向多層問(wèn)責(zé)機(jī)制;加強(qiáng)師范院校內(nèi)部治理,從外部問(wèn)責(zé)轉(zhuǎn)為內(nèi)部責(zé)任,從結(jié)果問(wèn)責(zé)轉(zhuǎn)向過(guò)程問(wèn)責(zé);優(yōu)化教師資格考試制度,構(gòu)建教師教育質(zhì)量保障體系,從行政問(wèn)責(zé)走向?qū)I(yè)問(wèn)責(zé)。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of accountability, the paper discusses the possible influence of the national teacher qualification examination: that is, it is beneficial to improve the professionalism of the teachers' team in our country, but may harm the uniqueness of the teacher's education; it is beneficial to the internal reform of the teachers' colleges and universities, but it may bring about the test and Deconstruction of teacher education, and it is beneficial to the open teacher education. The development of education system, but there is a danger of further weakening and marginalization of teacher education. Based on this, the article recommends that the top level design of teacher education system should be strengthened, from a single accountability model to multi-layer accountability mechanism; to strengthen the internal governance in normal colleges and universities, from external accountability to internal responsibility, from the result accountability to the process of accountability; and to optimize the teacher's capital. The system of examination is to establish a quality assurance system for teachers' education, from administrative accountability to professional accountability.
