【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)水平的發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)日益改變著人們的生活、學(xué)習(xí)和工作方式。信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展給當(dāng)今課堂教學(xué)帶來(lái)了巨大變革,對(duì)廣大農(nóng)村教師的出了更高要求。從2004年教育部頒發(fā)《中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》至2014年教育部頒發(fā)的《中小學(xué)教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》的十年時(shí)間里,全國(guó)各地持續(xù)續(xù)開展了中小學(xué)教師的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力培訓(xùn)工作,雖然其培訓(xùn)方式隨著時(shí)代的變化和教師的需求斷地更新和調(diào)整,但因其對(duì)教師學(xué)習(xí)能力、學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)格及認(rèn)知水平等方面的差異沒(méi)有足夠重視和充分認(rèn)識(shí),使得培訓(xùn)效果不容樂(lè)觀。而“自適應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)”是一種能夠根據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)者認(rèn)知能力、認(rèn)知水平及學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)格方面等差異給學(xué)習(xí)者提供不同學(xué)習(xí)方案,滿足學(xué)習(xí)者個(gè)性化需求的學(xué)習(xí)方式。鑒于此,筆者提出了該項(xiàng)研究。為了深入了解農(nóng)村中小學(xué)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力水平的實(shí)際狀況,為自適應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供可靠的支撐和依據(jù),筆者對(duì)來(lái)自貴州省各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中小學(xué)教師做了相關(guān)調(diào)研。本文主要從農(nóng)村中小學(xué)教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力現(xiàn)狀、需求分析、自適應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用等方面來(lái)進(jìn)行闡述。在對(duì)該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,筆者提出了自適應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型。此外,在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,筆者對(duì)中小學(xué)教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力相關(guān)知識(shí)內(nèi)容及知識(shí)劃分進(jìn)行了初步探索,希望能夠?qū)χ行W(xué)教師信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的發(fā)展提供參考和貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, information technology is changing the way people live, study and work day by day. The development of information technology has brought great changes to the classroom teaching and has put forward higher requirements for rural teachers. In the ten years since 2004, when the Ministry of Education issued the Standards on the Educational Technology competence of Primary and Secondary School Teachers (on trial), and the 2014 Ministry of Education issued the Standard on the Application of Information Technology for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (on a trial basis), The training of primary and secondary school teachers in the application of information technology has been continued throughout the country. Although its training methods have been updated and adjusted with the changes of the times and the needs of teachers, because of their ability to learn, The differences in learning style and cognitive level are not paid enough attention to and fully understood, so the training effect is not optimistic. "Adaptive learning" is a learning method that can provide learners with different learning plans according to their cognitive ability, cognitive level and learning style, and meet the individual needs of learners. In view of this, the author put forward the research. In order to deeply understand the actual situation of the ability of applying information technology in rural primary and secondary schools, and to provide reliable support and basis for the design of adaptive learning system, the author made a related investigation on the teachers of primary and secondary schools in every township of Guizhou Province. This paper mainly discusses the present situation of information technology application ability of primary and middle school teachers in rural areas, the requirement analysis, the design of adaptive learning system and the application of the system. In the process of designing the system, the author puts forward the structure model of adaptive learning system. In addition, in the course of the system content design, the author has carried on the preliminary exploration to the elementary and middle school teachers' information technology application ability related knowledge content and the knowledge division. Hope to provide reference and contribution to the development of IT application ability of primary and middle school teachers.
