【摘要】：在項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐過(guò)程中,共享空間和造型是設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中思考和推敲最多的兩個(gè)方面,因此,對(duì)這兩個(gè)方面的研究和分析十分關(guān)鍵和重要。從我國(guó)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況來(lái)看,我國(guó)的大學(xué)城建設(shè)已經(jīng)基本完成,創(chuàng)新性的學(xué)院綜合樓成為未來(lái)一個(gè)重點(diǎn)建設(shè)類(lèi)型。高品質(zhì)的高校學(xué)院綜合樓共享空間和建筑造型能夠促進(jìn)學(xué)生們交流學(xué)習(xí)。但是目前國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)院綜合樓多在校區(qū)整體規(guī)劃中統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)創(chuàng)新性的學(xué)院綜合樓設(shè)計(jì)方法研究相對(duì)較少。本文從高校學(xué)院綜合樓共享空間和造型設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)方面,運(yùn)用設(shè)計(jì)生成方法和模型分析方法對(duì)兩者展開(kāi)深入研究。本文以歐美國(guó)家和中國(guó)共57個(gè)高校學(xué)院樓為研究對(duì)象,并加以分析來(lái)探討高校學(xué)院綜合樓設(shè)計(jì)思路。57個(gè)高校教學(xué)樓包括10個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)高校教學(xué)樓和47個(gè)歐美和日本的高校教學(xué)樓。在共享空間方面,通過(guò)對(duì)案例的平面類(lèi)型、共享空間類(lèi)型、共享空間界面設(shè)計(jì)、共享空間要素這四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行剖析研究,總結(jié)出共享空間設(shè)計(jì)的要點(diǎn)：在造型設(shè)計(jì)方面,通過(guò)對(duì)場(chǎng)地條件處理、形體處理、表皮選擇、明星建筑概念化設(shè)計(jì)四個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程和角度進(jìn)行研究,闡述了高校學(xué)院綜合樓的造型設(shè)計(jì)方法。本文得出的結(jié)論包括：1.在高校學(xué)院綜合樓共享空間方面,設(shè)計(jì)前期可以通過(guò)類(lèi)型的選型來(lái)達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)；可以通過(guò)選擇空間類(lèi)型有意識(shí)的去塑造空間氛圍；合理把握要素的性質(zhì)和空間需求；通過(guò)功能體塊組合、形體挖洞、形體變化對(duì)共享空間界面進(jìn)行操作設(shè)計(jì)。2.在高校學(xué)院綜合樓造型設(shè)計(jì)方面,通過(guò)場(chǎng)地面積和形式、場(chǎng)地要素處理、圍合和入口方式?jīng)Q定建筑的基本發(fā)展方向；通過(guò)形體與表皮配合設(shè)計(jì),達(dá)到理想的建筑形態(tài)效果；明確造型設(shè)計(jì)的著力點(diǎn),注重表現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)目的；造型設(shè)計(jì)境界概括為從功能到概念化設(shè)計(jì)等三個(gè)階段。3.在高校學(xué)院綜合樓的共享空間設(shè)計(jì)和造型設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)方面,可以通過(guò)互動(dòng)式設(shè)計(jì)思路,達(dá)到理想的建筑設(shè)計(jì)效果。本研究的意義在于,通過(guò)對(duì)共亨空間組成方式和要素的分析明確了共享空間的設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過(guò)對(duì)高校學(xué)院綜合樓的造型設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程剖析明確了造型設(shè)計(jì)策略。研究成果在建筑設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域?qū)ㄔO(shè)創(chuàng)新型高校學(xué)院綜合樓具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In the process of project practice, shared space and modeling are the two most important aspects in the design process. Therefore, the research and analysis of these two aspects are very important and crucial.According to the reality of our country, the construction of university town has been basically completed, and the innovative college comprehensive building will become a key construction type in the future.High-quality college complex building sharing space and architectural modeling can promote students to exchange learning.However, at present, most of the domestic college complex buildings are unified in the overall planning of the campus, and the research on the innovative design method of the college comprehensive building is relatively less.In this paper, the method of design generation and the method of model analysis are used to deeply study the shared space and modeling design of the comprehensive building of colleges and universities.In this paper, 57 college buildings in Europe and America and China are taken as the research objects, and the design ideas of college comprehensive buildings are analyzed. The 57 teaching buildings in colleges and universities include 10 teaching buildings in China and 47 in Europe, America and Japan.In the aspect of shared space, through analyzing and studying the plane type, shared space type, shared space interface design and shared space element of the case, the main points of the shared space design are summarized: in the aspect of modeling design,Based on the research of four design processes and angles of site condition treatment, shape treatment, skin selection and star architecture conceptual design, this paper expounds the modeling design method of college comprehensive building.The conclusions in this paper include: 1.In the aspect of sharing space in the comprehensive building of colleges and universities, in the early stage of design, we can achieve the design goal by selecting the type of space, we can consciously mold the space atmosphere by choosing the space type, we can reasonably grasp the nature and the space demand of the elements.Through the function block combination, the shape dig the hole, the shape change carries on the operation design to the shared space interface. 2.In the aspect of modeling design of college comprehensive building, the basic development direction of the building is determined by the site area and form, site element processing, enclosure and entrance way, and the ideal architectural form effect is achieved through the design of body and skin.Make clear the focus of modeling design, pay attention to the purpose of design, and the realm of modeling design can be summarized as three stages: from function to conceptual design.In the two aspects of the shared space design and the modeling design of the college comprehensive building, the ideal architectural design effect can be achieved through the interactive design idea.The significance of this study is that the design method of shared space is defined through the analysis of the composition and elements of the common space, and the modeling design strategy is defined by analyzing the modeling design process of the comprehensive building of colleges and universities.The research results have guiding significance in the field of architectural design for the construction of innovative college comprehensive building.
