醫(yī)學(xué)生情緒管理能力與應(yīng)對方式的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:目的分析醫(yī)學(xué)生情緒管理能力的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)及其與應(yīng)對方式之間的關(guān)系。方法從安徽、江蘇兩省選取兩所本科類醫(yī)學(xué)院校,采取分層整群抽樣的方法抽取792名醫(yī)學(xué)生為研究對象。使用自編《醫(yī)學(xué)生情緒管理能力量表》和《特質(zhì)應(yīng)對方式問卷》以團(tuán)體施測的方式進(jìn)行自填式問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 1醫(yī)學(xué)生在情緒評價(jià)能力和情緒表達(dá)能力維度得分上,女生高于男生,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);農(nóng)村、城鎮(zhèn)和城市的醫(yī)學(xué)生在量表總分及情緒評價(jià)能力、情緒感知能力、情緒表達(dá)能力及情緒調(diào)控能力4個(gè)維度得分上差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2大一至大四4個(gè)年級的醫(yī)學(xué)生在情緒調(diào)控能力上差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),大一至大三3個(gè)年級均高于大四;臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生的情緒調(diào)控能力高于護(hù)理學(xué)專業(yè),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3學(xué)生干部在量表總分、情緒感知能力、情緒表達(dá)能力及情緒調(diào)控能力維度得分上高于普通學(xué)生,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)異的醫(yī)學(xué)生在量表總分、情緒表達(dá)能力及情緒調(diào)控能力維度上均高于成績很差者,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4醫(yī)學(xué)生的情緒管理能力量表總分與消極應(yīng)對方式呈負(fù)相關(guān),與積極應(yīng)對方式呈正相關(guān),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論醫(yī)學(xué)生情緒管理能力在性別、專業(yè)、年級、學(xué)習(xí)成績及是否學(xué)生干部方面有差異;醫(yī)學(xué)生情緒管理能力與積極應(yīng)對方式呈正相關(guān),與消極應(yīng)對方式呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the current situation and characteristics of emotional management ability of medical students and its relationship with coping style.Methods two undergraduate medical colleges were selected from Anhui and Jiangsu provinces and 792 medical students were selected by stratified cluster sampling.A self-administered questionnaire was carried out by using the Self-made scale for emotional Management ability of Medical students and the trait coping style questionnaire.Results (1) the scores of emotion evaluation ability and emotion expression ability of medical students were higher in girls than in boys, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the total scores of scale, the ability of emotion evaluation and the ability of emotion perception of medical students in rural, urban and urban areas were significantly higher than those in boys.The emotional control ability of clinical medical students was higher than that of nursing majors, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05.3). The scores of total score, emotion perception ability, emotion expression ability and emotion regulation ability of student cadres were higher than those of ordinary students.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the scores of the medical students with excellent academic performance were higher than those of the poor students in the dimensions of total score, emotional expression ability and emotional regulation ability.The total score of emotional management ability scale of medical students was negatively correlated with negative coping style and positively correlated with positive coping style, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion the emotional management ability of medical students is different in gender, specialty, grade, academic achievement and student cadres, and the emotional management ability of medical students is positively correlated with positive coping style and negatively correlated with negative coping style.
