【摘要】：調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生心理健康現(xiàn)狀總體較樂(lè)觀,不同年級(jí)、生源地學(xué)生的心理健康水平存在差異,對(duì)于高校心理健康教育持有不同態(tài)度。進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生心理健康教育工作,要走進(jìn)大學(xué)生生活;加強(qiáng)心理委員制等朋輩輔導(dǎo),構(gòu)建積極有效的同伴互助網(wǎng)絡(luò);加強(qiáng)資源整合,構(gòu)建大學(xué)生心理健康教育的社會(huì)協(xié)同體系。
[Abstract]:The investigation shows that the present situation of college students' mental health is generally optimistic, the level of mental health of students in different grades and places of origin is different, and they hold different attitudes towards the mental health education of colleges and universities, and further strengthen the work of psychological health education of college students. It is necessary to step into college students' life, strengthen peer counseling such as psychological committee system, construct active and effective peer mutual aid network, strengthen resource integration, and construct social coordination system of psychological health education for college students.
