【摘要】：教師反思是指教師立足于實(shí)踐基點(diǎn),通過發(fā)揮自身主觀能動性而進(jìn)行的"異位"思索、解析和審慎修證,以求達(dá)到自身素養(yǎng)的提高、并力圖為教師成長做進(jìn)一步規(guī)劃和引領(lǐng)的一系列過程。它是促進(jìn)教師成長的重要途徑,是教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展的重要推動力量。當(dāng)前,為了推進(jìn)教師反思的持續(xù)有效進(jìn)行,需要從以下幾個方面加以關(guān)注:以群體反思促進(jìn)教師認(rèn)知沖突的生成;以合理歸因提升教師的反思水平;以元反思助力教師反思常態(tài)化;以指導(dǎo)者的適當(dāng)介入引領(lǐng)教師深入反思。
[Abstract]:Teacher introspection refers to the "ectopic" thinking, analysis and careful revision of the teacher, based on the practice, in order to achieve the improvement of his own accomplishment. It is an important way to promote teachers' growth and an important driving force for teachers' professional development. At present, in order to promote the continuous and effective development of teachers' reflection, it is an important process of planning and leading teachers' growth. It is necessary to pay attention to the following aspects: to promote the generation of teachers' cognitive conflicts through group reflection, to promote teachers' reflective level by rational attribution, to help teachers' reflection normalization by meta-reflection, and to promote teachers' cognitive conflict by means of group reflection. Guide the teacher to reflect deeply with the appropriate intervention of the instructor.
