【摘要】：2015年4月1日至2日,由中國教育三十人論壇與教育公平協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、華東師范大學(xué)國家教育宏觀政策研究院聯(lián)合主辦的"十三五"期間大力促進(jìn)教育公平高峰論壇在上海舉行。多位重磅嘉賓和資深專家相聚華東師大,論劍麗娃河畔,聚焦"如何更好地配置公共教育資源,加快縮小區(qū)域、城鄉(xiāng)、校際差距;如何更好地傾斜支持困難人群,保障殘障兒童、農(nóng)民工隨遷子女、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難學(xué)生享受同等教育權(quán)益;如何平等對待、個性化對待所有學(xué)生,保障每個學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)權(quán)益和個性化發(fā)展;如何改善外部制度環(huán)境,保障在資源有限的情況下競爭機(jī)會公平;國際上促進(jìn)教育公平的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不同模式給我們的啟示"等五大領(lǐng)域的議題,發(fā)表主題演講,以更多元的視角、更獨(dú)到的眼光、更專業(yè)的解讀,分析當(dāng)前促進(jìn)教育公平的主要癥結(jié)、關(guān)鍵因子和有效路徑,進(jìn)而為國家和地方教育決策提供借鑒。鑒于本次論壇主題及內(nèi)容的重大意義,盡管論壇的相關(guān)報道和專家視點(diǎn)已相繼由電子媒體率先發(fā)布,幾位專家的發(fā)言也已散見于兄弟報刊,本刊編輯部仍決定集中刊發(fā)與會專家的精彩觀點(diǎn),依發(fā)言先后順序,全景呈現(xiàn)1本次論壇的過程及主題內(nèi)容,以饗廣大讀者。
[Abstract]:From April 1 to 2, 2015, the China Education Thirty people Forum and the Education Equity Collaborative Innovation Center, The National Institute of Education Macro-Policy, East China normal University, jointly sponsored the "13th Five-Year Plan" Summit Forum on promoting Educational Equity in Shanghai. Many important guests and senior experts gathered at Huadong normal University on the banks of the Jianliwa River. Focusing on "how to better allocate public educational resources, accelerate the reduction of regional, urban and rural, and inter-school disparities, and how to better tilt and support people in need, and protect disabled children, and migrant workers moving with their children," Students from economically disadvantaged families enjoy the same rights and interests in education; how to treat all students equally and individualize; how to ensure the learning rights and individual development of each student; how to improve the external institutional environment, To ensure fair opportunities for competition under limited resources; to deliver keynote speeches in five major areas, such as the historical experience of promoting equity in education and the inspiration given to us by different models in the international arena; and to give a more diversified perspective and a more unique vision. More professional interpretation, analysis of the main sticking points, key factors and effective paths for promoting educational equity at present, thus providing a reference for national and local educational decision-making. In view of the great significance of the theme and content of this forum, Although the relevant reports and expert viewpoints of the forum have been first published by the electronic media one after another, and the speeches of several experts have also been scattered in the fraternal newspapers and periodicals, the editorial department of our journal has decided to concentrate on publishing the brilliant views of the experts attending the meeting, according to the order of their speeches. Panoramic presentation 1 the process of this forum and the theme content, in order to provide dinner to the majority of readers.
