論中國(guó)比較教育的重生——基于學(xué)科制度結(jié)構(gòu)的視角

【摘要】:目前,比較教育學(xué)者對(duì)比較教育的信心發(fā)生了根本性的動(dòng)搖,學(xué)科自信變得不堪一擊,學(xué)科優(yōu)越感漸趨喪失,學(xué)科的可持續(xù)發(fā)展也正在瓦解。中國(guó)比較教育衰微的跡象主要體現(xiàn)在三個(gè)方面:就內(nèi)部而言,比較教育的身份認(rèn)同正在解構(gòu);就外部而言,比較教育的社會(huì)需求漸趨喪失;就世界范圍而言,比較教育的式微之勢(shì)難以避免。從學(xué)科制度結(jié)構(gòu)看,中國(guó)比較教育衰微的緣由主要存在五個(gè)方面,即學(xué)科邊界模糊不清;缺乏扎實(shí)可靠的方法論;缺乏穩(wěn)定卓越的專業(yè)化研究隊(duì)伍;研究成果"泡沫化"繁榮;缺乏規(guī)范化的學(xué)術(shù)培養(yǎng)與培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃。中國(guó)比較教育要獲得重生,就需要進(jìn)行新的選擇,即比較教育需"有所為,有所不為",而非"無所不包";比較教育研究需進(jìn)一步確立方法論,而非"流于形式";比較教育需強(qiáng)化學(xué)科的專業(yè)化,避免"可替代性";比較教育應(yīng)注重學(xué)科知識(shí)譜系,而非"一味講求服務(wù)";比較教育需加強(qiáng)學(xué)術(shù)培養(yǎng)與培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃的規(guī)范性,避免"喪失競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力"。
[Abstract]:At present, the confidence of comparative education scholars in comparative education has been fundamentally shaken, subject self-confidence has become fragile, and the sense of discipline superiority is gradually losing. The signs of the decline of comparative education in China are mainly reflected in three aspects: internally, the identity of comparative education is being deconstructed, and externally, the social demand for comparative education is gradually losing; As far as the world is concerned, the decline of comparative education cannot be avoided. From the perspective of subject system structure, there are five main reasons for the decline of comparative education in China, namely, the ambiguity of subject boundaries, the lack of solid and reliable methodology, and the lack of a solid and reliable methodology. There is a lack of a stable and outstanding professional research team; a "bubbling" prosperity of research results; and a lack of standardized academic training and training programs. If comparative education in China is to be reborn, it needs a new choice, that is, comparative education needs "something to do." It is necessary for comparative education to further establish its methodology rather than for "mere formality"; for comparative education to strengthen the specialization of disciplines and to avoid "substitutability"; and for comparative education to focus on the pedigree of knowledge in subjects. Comparative education should strengthen the standardization of academic training and training plan and avoid losing competitiveness.
