【摘要】：目的探析理工科大學(xué)生的心理壓力狀況,為高校心理健康教育與干預(yù)提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用"青少年生活事件量表"以分層整群抽樣的方法抽取南京航空航天大學(xué)7個(gè)理工類學(xué)院28個(gè)班級654名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果男性大學(xué)生在總量表和人際關(guān)系、學(xué)習(xí)壓力、受懲罰、喪失、健康適應(yīng)、其他因子上的得分分別為(42.11±11.99)、(8.20±2.96)、(9.11±2.84)、(9.01±3.52)、(4.66±2.36)、(6.27±2.19)、(5.89±2.17)分,與女性大學(xué)生得分比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);不同年級的大學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)壓力和其他2項(xiàng)因子得分上差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F學(xué)習(xí)=8.36,P0.01;F其他=4.55,P0.01);來自城市的大學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)壓力和喪失因子分分別為(9.51±2.88)、(5.02±2.66)分,均高于來自鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村的大學(xué)生(F學(xué)習(xí)=5.88,P0.01;F喪失=5.04,P0.01);經(jīng)濟(jì)貧困生的總量表和學(xué)習(xí)壓力因子分分別為(43.85±12.45)、(9.98±3.02)分,均高于普通學(xué)生(F總分=2.08,P0.05;F學(xué)習(xí)=4.68,P0.01)。結(jié)論理工科大學(xué)生的心理壓力狀況具有獨(dú)特特點(diǎn),建議針對不同類型大學(xué)生并在壓力事件發(fā)生前、發(fā)生中、發(fā)生后實(shí)施不同策略的心理干預(yù)對策。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the psychological stress of science and engineering college students, Methods 654 college students in 28 classes of 7 science and engineering colleges of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics were selected by stratified cluster sampling with the Adolescent Life events scale. Results male college students in the total number of tables and interpersonal relations, The scores of learning stress, being punished, losing, health adaptation and other factors were 42.11 鹵11.99, 8.20 鹵2.96, 9.11 鹵2.84, 9.01 鹵3.52, 4.66 鹵2.36, 6.27 鹵2.19 and 5.89 鹵2.17, respectively. There was no significant difference between the scores of female college students and that of female students (P 0.05), but there were significant differences in the scores of learning stress and other two factors between different grades of college students (8.36% P 0.01F and 4.55% P 0.01F). The scores of force and loss factor were 9.51 鹵2.88 and 5.02 鹵2.66, respectively. All of them were higher than those of the college students from villages and towns, and the scores of total quantity and learning stress factor of the poor students were 43.85 鹵12.45 and 9.98 鹵3.02, respectively, and the loss of 5.04% P0.01F was 5.04% and 9.98 鹵3.02, respectively, and the scores of learning stress factors of the poor students were 9.98 鹵3.02, respectively. Conclusion the psychological stress status of science and engineering college students has unique characteristics. It is suggested that different types of college students should be targeted at different types of students and the stress events should occur before the occurrence of stress events. The psychological intervention measures of different strategies were carried out after occurrence.
