教育轉型背景下班主任群體的自我覺醒與前行——2015年班集體理論與實踐專題研討會綜述

【摘要】:中國教育學會2015年班集體理論與實踐專題研討會在上海市崇明縣舉行,會議集中體現(xiàn)了班主任群體自我意識的覺醒并在以下幾個核心問題上進行了研討,加強了思考的力度,拓展了研究的視野,增強了變革的力量。國際對話與教育變革背景下班主任對自身存在價值的追問、班主任工作變革需要強化教育轉型意識和堅守教育立場、班主任的工作實踐要高度重視教育的發(fā)生機制、班主任需要明晰發(fā)展方向并探尋專業(yè)發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:In 2015, the Symposium on Class Group Theory and practice was held in Chongming County, Shanghai. The meeting concentrated on the awakening of self-consciousness of the class teacher group and discussed the following core issues to strengthen the thinking. Under the background of international dialogue and educational reform, the teacher in charge of the class asks for the value of his own existence. The transformation of the work of the head teacher needs to strengthen the consciousness of educational transformation and stick to the educational position. The working practice of the head teacher should attach great importance to the mechanism of education, and the teacher in charge of class should clarify the direction of development and explore the path of professional development.
