【摘要】：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作為一種現(xiàn)代管理方法和治理機(jī)制,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)義務(wù)教育公共服務(wù)均衡、提升義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)教育公平具有重要意義。本文從公共服務(wù)供給的視角出發(fā),以多中心理論為基礎(chǔ),圍繞政府、學(xué)校、教師、學(xué)生、家長和社會(huì)六個(gè)維度構(gòu)建了義務(wù)教育公共服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化指標(biāo)體系的框架,以為地方義務(wù)教育發(fā)展提供新的思路和工具。
[Abstract]:Standardization, as a modern management method and governance mechanism, is of great significance in realizing the public service balance of compulsory education, improving the quality of compulsory education and promoting educational fairness. On the basis of multi-center theory, this paper constructs the framework of standardized index system of public service of compulsory education in the six dimensions of government, school, teacher, student, parent and society, which provides new ideas and tools for the development of local compulsory education.
