名師工作室建設(shè)的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策

【摘要】:中小學(xué)名師工作室的建設(shè),需要著力解決"四有四無(wú)"的問(wèn)題,即有牌子無(wú)組織,有組織無(wú)活動(dòng),有活動(dòng)無(wú)價(jià)值,有價(jià)值無(wú)方向。而要解決這些問(wèn)題,就需要在先進(jìn)理念的指導(dǎo)下,形成清晰的建設(shè)思路和具體到位的建設(shè)策略。具體來(lái)說(shuō),建設(shè)名師工作室,需要運(yùn)用融合理念與引領(lǐng)理念作指導(dǎo);名師工作室內(nèi)部的管理要由制度管理過(guò)渡到文化管理,學(xué)習(xí)要由書(shū)本過(guò)渡到活動(dòng);要充分運(yùn)用兼顧策略和自由策略。
[Abstract]:The construction of primary and secondary school teacher studio, needs to solve the "four four", namely the brand organization, organized activities, activities have no value, there is no value direction. To solve these problems, we need under the guidance of the advanced concepts, clear construction ideas and construction strategies in place. Specifically, the construction of teacher workshops, need to use fusion concept and idea guidance; teacher studio internal management system to manage the transition to the cultural management, learning from books to activities; to make full use of the strategy and strategy of freedom of both.
