【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的課堂教學(xué)方法以教師講解配合板書和教具完成,內(nèi)容枯燥,教課形式單一,不但不能最大限度地提高學(xué)生興趣,而且教學(xué)效率低下.本文突破傳統(tǒng)課堂教學(xué)模式,把現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)手段融入教學(xué)的各個環(huán)節(jié),構(gòu)建培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才的多元結(jié)構(gòu)化教學(xué)方法.新方法采用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺,通過虛擬人、教師和學(xué)生組成的多元結(jié)構(gòu)教學(xué)環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)以學(xué)習(xí)者為代表的學(xué)習(xí)主體中心學(xué)習(xí)方法,以教育者為主的輔助引導(dǎo)評價學(xué)習(xí)方法,以學(xué)習(xí)協(xié)作團(tuán)隊(duì)為主的互通協(xié)作研討學(xué)習(xí)方法,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺為代表的資源情境環(huán)境展示教學(xué)方法,以虛擬參與者為代表的虛擬人指導(dǎo)教學(xué)方法.通過調(diào)查問卷、教學(xué)效果研判等手段對新模式進(jìn)行跟蹤分析,結(jié)果顯示采用多元結(jié)構(gòu)化教學(xué)方法教學(xué)效果顯著.
[Abstract]:The traditional classroom teaching method is completed by teachers' explanation and cooperation with blackboard writing and teaching aids, the content is boring, the teaching form is single, not only can't improve the students' interest to the maximum extent, but also the teaching efficiency is low. This paper breaks through the traditional classroom teaching mode, The modern educational technology is integrated into every link of teaching, and the multi-structured teaching method of cultivating applied talents is constructed. The new method adopts the computer network teaching platform, and adopts the multi-structure teaching environment composed of virtual human, teachers and students. To realize the learner-centered learning method, the education-oriented auxiliary guidance and evaluation learning method, and the interoperative-collaborative discussion learning method based on the learning collaboration team. The resource situational environment represented by the network learning platform shows the teaching method, and the virtual person guides the teaching method, which is represented by the virtual participant. The new model is tracked and analyzed by means of questionnaire, teaching effect evaluation and so on. The results show that the teaching effect of multi-structured teaching method is remarkable.
