【摘要】：目前,我國各地中小學(xué)心理健康教育發(fā)展水平極不均衡。大城市和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)重視程度較高,發(fā)展水平較高,農(nóng)村和經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)心理健康教育不受重視,發(fā)展水平極為低下。湖南省屬于中部地區(qū),經(jīng)濟(jì)還不是很發(fā)達(dá),永州市在湖南省又屬于一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)較落后的地級(jí)市,長期以來,中學(xué)心理健康教育沒有得到應(yīng)有的重視,整個(gè)心理健康教育狀況更是令人擔(dān)憂。由于我國心理健康教育發(fā)展的地域差異,因此,針對各省市地區(qū)開展心理健康教育研究是十分必要的,特別是從教育資源配置的角度對永州市中學(xué)心理健康教育進(jìn)行研究就更有必要了。本文采用文獻(xiàn)分析法搜集有關(guān)心理健康教育方面的專著和論文,以了解和把握國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在這方面的研究動(dòng)態(tài),采用問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法對永州市11個(gè)縣區(qū)的22所中學(xué)心理健康教育工作進(jìn)行調(diào)查,以了解永州市中學(xué)心理健康教育資源配置的現(xiàn)狀及問題。通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),永州市中學(xué)心理健康教育資源配置現(xiàn)狀存在以下主要問題:一是心理健康教育資源總體配置較差(這主要表現(xiàn)為心理健康教育機(jī)構(gòu)缺失或形同虛設(shè),心理健康教育師資隊(duì)伍薄弱、專業(yè)人才匱乏,心理健康教育經(jīng)費(fèi)短缺,心理健康教育場地設(shè)施缺乏等);二是城鄉(xiāng)中學(xué)心理健康教育資源配置差異較大(如城鄉(xiāng)中學(xué)在心理健康教育機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、師資隊(duì)伍、經(jīng)費(fèi)、場地設(shè)施等方面均存在一定差異)。通過深入分析,我們認(rèn)為這些問題產(chǎn)生的原因有以下幾個(gè)方面:一是缺乏認(rèn)識(shí),重視不夠;二是配置觀念不夠科學(xué)、配置依據(jù)不夠合理;三是師資供給量不足、質(zhì)不高;四是保障機(jī)制不夠完善。針對這些問題及產(chǎn)生的原因,我們認(rèn)為可以采取如下應(yīng)對策略:一是提高認(rèn)識(shí),加強(qiáng)重視;二是樹立以需求為主導(dǎo)依據(jù)的系統(tǒng)配置觀;三是保障師資供給;四是建立完善的保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:At present, the development level of mental health education in primary and secondary schools in various parts of our country is very uneven. In large cities and economically developed areas, the level of mental health education is relatively high and the level of development is high. The mental health education in rural areas and economically underdeveloped areas is not paid attention to. The level of development is extremely low. Hunan Province belongs to the central region, the economy is not very developed, Yongzhou City in Hunan Province belongs to a relatively backward prefecture-level city, for a long time. Mental health education in middle schools has not received due attention, and the whole mental health education situation is even more worrisome. Because of the regional differences in the development of mental health education in China, therefore. It is necessary to carry out research on mental health education in various provinces and cities. Especially from the perspective of the allocation of educational resources, it is more necessary to study mental health education in middle schools in Yongzhou. This paper collects the monographs and papers on mental health education by literature analysis. In order to understand and grasp the research trends of domestic and foreign scholars in this area, the questionnaire survey and interview method were used to investigate the mental health education work in 22 middle schools in 11 counties and districts of Yongzhou. In order to understand the status quo and problems of mental health education resources allocation in middle schools of Yongzhou City. The main problems in the allocation of mental health education resources in middle schools in Yongzhou are as follows: first, the overall allocation of mental health education resources is poor (which is mainly shown by the lack of mental health education institutions or virtual. The teaching staff of mental health education is weak, the professional talents are scarce, the funds of mental health education are short, and the facilities of mental health education are lacking. Second, there are great differences in the allocation of mental health education resources between urban and rural middle schools (such as the establishment of mental health education institutions, teachers, funds, venues and facilities in urban and rural middle schools). We believe that the reasons for these problems are as follows: first, lack of understanding, not enough attention; Second, the concept of allocation is not scientific enough, the allocation basis is not reasonable; Third, the quantity of teachers supply is insufficient, the quality is not high; Fourth, the safeguard mechanism is not perfect. In view of these problems and the causes, we think that we can take the following countermeasures: first, to raise awareness and pay more attention to; The second is to set up the view of system configuration based on demand; Third, to ensure the supply of teachers; Fourth, establish perfect safeguard mechanism.
