【摘要】:隨著教學領導力的發(fā)展和教育信息化的推進,信息化教學領導力也應運而生,處于信息時代的教師作為教學領導力的主體之一和學校(實現(xiàn)教育信息化的主陣地)發(fā)展中不可或缺的中堅力量,應將信息技術深度融合到教學過程中去,加快自身信息化教學領導力的發(fā)展,推動教育信息化發(fā)展進程。由此可見,對教師信息化教學領導力進行全面系統(tǒng)的研究顯得極其重要。然而就目前有關教師信息化教學領導力的研究來看,無論是從研究的深度還是研究的廣度,研究時間的長短還是研究者的多少都可看出教師信息化教學領導力的研究還處于萌芽階段。故本研究旨在深化教師信息化教學領導力的理論研究,同時也為提升教師信息化教學領導力提供一些建議和策略。本文運用教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論、分布式領導理論、教師領導理論、學習型組織理論等理論,借鑒國內外教學領導力的相關研究成果,運用文獻研究、問卷調查研究、比較研究等方法對教師信息化教學領導力進行研究。本文研究的主要內容或者研究將要解決的問題可以用三個問句簡而概之:教師信息化教學領導力是什么?教師信息化教學領導力的內涵包括什么?怎樣提升教師信息化教學領導力?詳細地來說就是在搜集、查閱和整理相關文獻的基礎上,分析國內外相關領域的研究,借鑒之前學者對校長教學領導力和教師教學領導力概念和定義的研究,綜合整理出教師教學領導力的定義,并針對教育信息化背景下對教師教學領導力的新要求提出教師信息化教學領導力的概念和定義;然后結合國內外相關文獻,根據(jù)實際情況,將教師信息化教學領導力劃分為“信息化教學發(fā)展愿景的建立與計劃”、“開展和管理信息化教學”和“營造良好的學校信息化環(huán)境氛圍”三個維度,建立起教師信息化教學領導力模型。再借鑒眾多學者對教師信息化教學領導力的相關調查數(shù)據(jù)和結論后,根據(jù)教師信息化教學領導力的構成模型編制成問卷,調查教師信息化教學領導力的現(xiàn)狀,將獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進行處理分析,了解目前教師信息化教學領導力情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)教師信息化教學領導力存在的問題;最后根據(jù)調查出來的結果及問題尋求教師信息化教學領導力的提升策略。本文中教師信息化教學領導力特指中小學教師信息化教學領導力。
[Abstract]:With the development of teaching leadership and the promotion of educational informatization, informational teaching leadership has emerged as the times require. Teachers in the information age, as one of the main subjects of teaching leadership and the indispensable backbone of the development of schools (the main position to realize the informatization of education), should integrate information technology deeply into the teaching process. Speed up the development of its own information-based teaching leadership, and promote the development of educational informatization. It is very important to carry out a comprehensive and systematic study on teachers' information-based teaching leadership. However, from the point of view of the current research on teachers' information-based teaching leadership, whether from the depth of the research or the breadth of the research, The length of time or the number of researchers can see that the research of teachers' information-based teaching leadership is still in its infancy, so the purpose of this study is to deepen the theoretical research of teachers' information-based teaching leadership. At the same time, it also provides some suggestions and strategies for improving teachers' information-based teaching leadership. This paper applies the theories of teacher professional development, distributed leadership, teacher leadership, learning organization and so on. Drawing lessons from the relevant research results of teaching leadership at home and abroad, using literature research, questionnaire research, The main contents of this paper or the problems to be solved in this paper can be summarized with three questions: what is the teacher's information-based teaching leadership? What does the connotation of teachers' information-based teaching leadership include? How to improve teachers' information teaching leadership? In detail, on the basis of collecting, consulting and sorting out relevant literature, the author analyzes the research of related fields at home and abroad, and draws lessons from the previous research on the concept and definition of principal's teaching leadership and teacher's teaching leadership. This paper summarizes the definition of teachers' teaching leadership, and puts forward the concept and definition of teachers' information teaching leadership according to the new requirements of teachers' teaching leadership under the background of educational informatization, and then combines the relevant literature at home and abroad, according to the actual situation, Teachers' information-based teaching leadership is divided into three dimensions: "establishing and planning the development vision of information-based teaching", "developing and managing information-based teaching" and "creating a good school information environment". This paper establishes the model of teachers' information-based teaching leadership, and then draws a questionnaire according to the constitution model of teachers' information-based teaching leadership, after drawing on the relevant survey data and conclusions of many scholars on the information-based teaching leadership of teachers. To investigate the current situation of teachers' information-based teaching leadership, to process and analyze the obtained data, to understand the current situation of teachers' information-based teaching leadership, and to find out the problems existing in teachers' information-based teaching leadership; Finally, according to the results of the investigation and the problems, the paper tries to find the strategies to improve the information-based teaching leadership of teachers. In this paper, the information-based teaching leadership of primary and secondary school teachers is specifically referred to.
