【摘要】：全面抗戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)后,戰(zhàn)區(qū)兒童流離失所。愛國(guó)實(shí)業(yè)家竺梅先目睹難童慘狀,募資籌辦奉化國(guó)際災(zāi)童教養(yǎng)院,成為戰(zhàn)時(shí)全國(guó)唯一一家由民間出資興辦的災(zāi)童教養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu),歷時(shí)五載。本組史料收錄了國(guó)際災(zāi)童教養(yǎng)院有關(guān)組織創(chuàng)辦、經(jīng)費(fèi)補(bǔ)助等與振濟(jì)委員會(huì)來(lái)往函件,對(duì)于研究戰(zhàn)時(shí)兒童教養(yǎng)救助工作有一定價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, children in the war zone were displaced. Zhu Meixian, a patriotic industrialist, witnessed the tragic situation of the poor children and raised funds to prepare for the Fenghua International School for the Rehabilitation of disaster Children. It has been five years since it became the only civil funded institution for the rehabilitation of children in wartime. The historical materials of this group include the establishment of the relevant organizations of the International disaster Children's Correctional Institute, the subsidy of funds and so on, and the correspondence with the Zhenji Committee. It has certain value for studying the work of children's upbringing and rescue in wartime.
