【摘要】:教師是影響教育事業(yè)發(fā)展極其重要的因素,教育發(fā)展需要什么類型的教師,關系教師教育改革與發(fā)展,必須給予理性審視與批判性反思。受工具理性主義的影響,我們在探討教師專業(yè)成長時,往往將關注重點放在教師教學技能和專業(yè)素養(yǎng)上,而忽略教師的哲學運思。為促進教師自主成長,并進入哲學運思之境,要求教師成為"意識喚醒""價值之思""文化生成"的教育者。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the most important factors affecting the development of education. What kind of teachers is needed for the development of education, which is related to the reform and development of teachers' education. Under the influence of instrumental rationalism, we often focus on teachers' teaching skills and professional accomplishment when we discuss teachers' professional growth. In order to promote teachers' self-growth and enter the realm of philosophical thinking, teachers are required to become educators of "consciousness arousal", "thought of value" and "culture generation".
