【摘要】：高校教師存在著職業(yè)倦怠、人格障礙、情緒衰竭、自我效能感低等心理健康問題。這些問題導(dǎo)致教師師德存在著教學(xué)走過場、科研輕誠信、育人無動(dòng)力、信念趨淡薄的問題。為此,要構(gòu)建教師心理健康"自助系統(tǒng)",優(yōu)化高校師德建設(shè),搭建高校師德建設(shè)"他助系統(tǒng)",促進(jìn)教師心理健康。
[Abstract]:College teachers have mental health problems such as job burnout, personality disorder, emotional failure, low self-efficacy and so on. These problems lead to the problems of teaching, scientific research, lack of motivation and weakening of faith. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the "self-help system" of teachers' mental health, optimize the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities, build the "other aid system" of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities, and promote teachers' mental health.
