【摘要】：推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)教育均衡發(fā)展是我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展的首要任務(wù),而從縣域內(nèi)推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)教育均衡發(fā)展提升到市域?qū)用媸谴髣?shì)所趨。成都市結(jié)合三圈層空間結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),提出城鄉(xiāng)教育互動(dòng)發(fā)展聯(lián)盟實(shí)踐模式。該模式將成都三個(gè)圈層20個(gè)區(qū)(市)縣組成10對(duì)"一對(duì)一"的互動(dòng)發(fā)展聯(lián)盟體,通過跨區(qū)域?qū)W校結(jié)對(duì),以多樣化推進(jìn)方式促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)校共同發(fā)展。城鄉(xiāng)教育互動(dòng)發(fā)展聯(lián)盟實(shí)現(xiàn)了優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源在"全域成都"的統(tǒng)籌配置,有效促進(jìn)了成都教育圈層融合和高位均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education is the primary task of the development of basic education in our country, and it is the general trend to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education from the county level to the city level. According to the characteristics of three-circle spatial structure, Chengdu puts forward the practice mode of urban-rural education interactive development alliance. This model forms 10 pairs of "one-to-one" interactive development federations in 20 districts (cities) and counties in three circles of Chengdu, and promotes the common development of urban and rural schools through cross-regional school pairs and diversified ways of promoting the common development of urban and rural schools. The interactive development alliance of urban and rural education has realized the overall allocation of high quality educational resources in "Chengdu", which has effectively promoted the integration of educational circles and the balanced development of high levels of education in Chengdu.
