教師的知識(shí)觀對(duì)課堂教學(xué)影響的個(gè)案研究

【摘要】:教師的知識(shí)觀是教師對(duì)知識(shí)的基本看法,影響著教師的課堂教學(xué);A(chǔ)教育新課程改革倡導(dǎo)以新的觀點(diǎn)看待知識(shí)問題。以一位小學(xué)教師為個(gè)案,通過訪談與課堂觀察的方式,就其知識(shí)觀對(duì)課堂教學(xué)的影響進(jìn)行研究與分析。研究表明,教師的知識(shí)觀在很大程度上影響著教師的教學(xué)行為,新的知識(shí)觀轉(zhuǎn)化為教師的教學(xué)行為,需要教師的理解與體認(rèn),同時(shí)也需要一個(gè)良好的外部環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Teachers' view of knowledge is the basic view of knowledge, which affects teachers' classroom teaching. The new curriculum reform of basic education advocates to view knowledge from a new point of view. Taking a primary school teacher as an example, through the way of interview and classroom observation, this paper studies and analyzes the influence of a teacher's view of knowledge on classroom teaching. The research shows that teachers' view of knowledge influences teachers' teaching behavior to a great extent, and the new view of knowledge is transformed into teachers' teaching behavior, which requires teachers' understanding and recognition, and also needs a good external environment.
