【摘要】：正盡管我們在實施素質教育方面作出了巨大的努力,但今天的基礎教育在許多地方仍然是"應試"的天下。許多地方育人基本上是以考試為本,看人基本是以分數為本,用人基本上是以文憑為本。這三者都與"以人為本"的理念相去甚遠。其原因主要在于現行的考試評價制度沒有太大的改變。
