【摘要】：正盡管我們?cè)趯?shí)施素質(zhì)教育方面作出了巨大的努力,但今天的基礎(chǔ)教育在許多地方仍然是"應(yīng)試"的天下。許多地方育人基本上是以考試為本,看人基本是以分?jǐn)?shù)為本,用人基本上是以文憑為本。這三者都與"以人為本"的理念相去甚遠(yuǎn)。其原因主要在于現(xiàn)行的考試評(píng)價(jià)制度沒有太大的改變。
[Abstract]:Although we have made great efforts in the implementation of quality education, today's basic education is still "examination-oriented" in many places. Education in many places is basically examination-oriented, people are basically based on scores, basically based on diplomas. All three are far from the idea of "people first".
