【摘要】：在教育決策過程中,風(fēng)險溝通是保證決策科學(xué)性和適當(dāng)性的關(guān)鍵。從解析風(fēng)險溝通的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況和價值著手,在借鑒國外風(fēng)險溝通優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析我國在教育決策中存在的風(fēng)險溝通欠缺和不足,進(jìn)而提出了完善我國教育決策風(fēng)險溝通機(jī)制的對策:加強(qiáng)教育決策風(fēng)險溝通意識;實(shí)現(xiàn)教育決策風(fēng)險溝通的制度化;注重教育決策風(fēng)險溝通的回應(yīng)性;實(shí)行教育決策風(fēng)險溝通問責(zé)制。
[Abstract]:In the process of educational decision-making, risk communication is the key to ensure scientific and appropriate decision-making. Based on the analysis of the actual situation and value of risk communication, and on the basis of drawing lessons from the excellent experience of foreign risk communication, this paper analyzes the deficiency and deficiency of risk communication in educational decision-making in our country. Then it puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the communication mechanism of educational decision risk in our country: strengthening the awareness of educational decision-making risk communication; To realize the institutionalization of educational decision-making risk communication, to pay attention to the responsiveness of educational decision-making risk communication, and to implement the accountability system of educational decision-making risk communication.
