【摘要】：現(xiàn)有的規(guī)范性師德不足以解決教育情境中的倫理問題,對于教師在專業(yè)實踐中成為一位有道德的人幫助不大。基于對話倫理學(xué)的理念,奧澤等西方學(xué)者提出應(yīng)該超越師德規(guī)范性層面,納入程序性師德觀,以此觀照教育情境中的倫理沖突,尋求解決問題的對話策略。這對我們拓寬師德視野,改革師德教育模式具有重要的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:The existing normative ethics is not enough to solve the ethical problems in the educational situation, and it is of little help for teachers to become a moral person in professional practice. Based on the idea of dialogue ethics, Aoze and other western scholars put forward that we should go beyond the normative level of teachers' ethics and bring into the concept of procedural teachers' ethics so as to look at the ethical conflicts in the educational context and seek dialogue strategies to solve the problems. It is of great significance for us to broaden our vision of teachers' morality and to reform the mode of teachers' moral education.
