【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展，人們開始越來越關(guān)注自己的生活狀態(tài)，對自己的心理層面有了更高的要求，至此，主觀幸福感的研究得到了人們普遍的重視。目前研究者們越來越多的使用主觀幸福感作為心理健康狀況的重要指標。中學(xué)教師由于工作強度高，壓力大，很多已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了不良的心理狀態(tài)和消極的情緒體驗。中學(xué)教師作為中學(xué)生成長的“重要他人”，其心理健康狀態(tài)不僅影響著自身，同時還影響中學(xué)生的身心健康，乃至一生的發(fā)展。因而，研究中學(xué)教師的主觀幸福感，努力促進其心理健康發(fā)展十分必要。相關(guān)研究表明，社會支持是影響教師主觀幸福感的重要因素，社會支持對于提高教師的主觀幸福感具有積極的意義。 本研究以呼市302名中學(xué)教師為研究對象，，通過問卷法和訪談法對中學(xué)教師的主觀幸福感和社會支持的現(xiàn)狀進行考察，深入探討二者之間的關(guān)系，從社會支持角度，為提高教師的幸福感提供可行性建議。 通過研究得出以下結(jié)論： (1)呼市地區(qū)中學(xué)教師的總體主觀幸福感處于中等偏上。 (2)中學(xué)教師的主觀幸福感在性別、年齡、婚姻、工資水平變量上存在著顯著性差異。 (3)呼市地區(qū)中學(xué)教師的社會支持得分處于中等水平。 (4)中學(xué)教師社會支持在年齡、婚姻、工資變量上存在著顯著性差異。 (5)中學(xué)教師主觀幸福感與社會支持呈顯著相關(guān)，生活滿意度與社會支持總分間的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.519，達到極顯著水平（P0.001）。 (6)通過回歸分析，結(jié)果顯示：社會支持各維度對中學(xué)教師的主觀幸福感各維度具有良好的預(yù)測作用。 根據(jù)研究結(jié)論并提出了一些相關(guān)建議 (1)為教師提供強有力的社會支持系統(tǒng) (2)實踐管理體制民主化政策 (3)遵守職業(yè)道德實現(xiàn)自我價值 (4)提高自己的抗挫能力順利完成工作 (5)建立融洽的師生關(guān)系
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, people begin to pay more and more attention to their living conditions and have higher demands on their psychological level. So far, the research of subjective well-being has been paid more and more attention. At present, more and more researchers use subjective well-being as an important indicator of mental health. Due to high work intensity and high pressure, many middle school teachers have bad psychological state and negative emotional experience. As an important other person, the mental health of middle school teachers not only affects themselves, but also affects the physical and mental health of middle school students and even the development of their whole life. Therefore, it is necessary to study the subjective well-being of middle school teachers and promote their mental health. Related studies show that social support is an important factor affecting teachers' subjective well-being, and social support has positive significance to improve teachers' subjective well-being. In this study, 302 middle school teachers in Huhu City were selected as the research objects. The present situation of subjective well-being and social support of middle school teachers was investigated by questionnaire method and interview method, and the relationship between them was discussed in depth, from the angle of social support. To improve the well-being of teachers to provide feasible advice. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the overall subjective well-being of middle school teachers in the city is at the middle level. (2) the subjective well-being of middle school teachers has significant differences in sex, age, marriage and wage level. (3) the score of social support of middle school teachers in Huzhou is in the middle level. (4) there are significant differences in the age, marriage and wage variables of middle school teachers' social support. (5) the subjective well-being of middle school teachers was significantly correlated with social support, and the correlation coefficient between life satisfaction and total score of social support was 0.519, which reached a very significant level (P0.001). (6) through regression analysis, the results show that the dimensions of social support have a good predictive effect on the dimensions of subjective well-being of middle school teachers. Based on the conclusions of the study, some relevant suggestions are put forward: (1) to provide a strong social support system for teachers (2) to practice the policy of democratizing the management system; (3) to abide by professional ethics and realize self Value (4) improvement of one's ability to resist setbacks and successful completion of work (5) establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students
