【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和行業(yè)技術(shù)的升級,引發(fā)工作世界的變革,不少職業(yè)崗位技能的內(nèi)涵和外延經(jīng)常處于分化與復(fù)合、提升與發(fā)展等變化之中。而我國職教師資隊伍的素質(zhì)尚不能適應(yīng)未來技能人才培養(yǎng)的要求,有必要改進職教教師的招聘機制,完善職業(yè)學(xué)校文化課教師專業(yè)技術(shù)資格評價制度,加強兼職教師的聘任和管理,改進職教師資培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,為專業(yè)教師定期到企業(yè)調(diào)研、研發(fā)、實踐鍛煉提供保障。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of industrial structure and the upgrading of industry technology lead to the transformation of the world of work. The connotation and extension of many vocational skills are often in the process of differentiation and combination, promotion and development. However, the quality of vocational education teachers in our country can not meet the needs of the training of future skilled personnel. It is necessary to improve the recruitment mechanism of vocational education teachers and improve the evaluation system of professional and technical qualifications of cultural teachers in vocational schools. To strengthen the employment and management of part-time teachers, to improve the content of vocational education teacher training, to provide guarantee for professional teachers to visit enterprises regularly to research, research and development, practice exercise.
