【摘要】：正加強大學生心理健康教育是新時期全面實施素質教育的重要舉措,是高校教育工作的重要組成部分。隨著高校學生人數的不斷增加,學校一級心理健康教育中心的工作壓力日益凸顯,已不能滿足心理健康教育工作的需要,工作分流迫在眉睫。"聆心委員會"就是某大學電氣工程學院結合學院、學生實際特點而探索出來的二級學院學生心理健康教育工作的新途徑和新方法。
