歐洲委員會提出為全民提供優(yōu)質教育

【摘要】：正據國際教育組織網站2013年1月8日報道,2012年12月12日,歐洲委員會的決策機構(外交)部長委員會(the Committee of Ministers of theCouncil of Europe)發(fā)布了一項建議(即Recom-mendation CM/Rec(201213)),此建議主要關注全民優(yōu)質教育、教育與公民權、民主等方面議題。歐洲委員會認為,在教育和文化方面采取共同的行動將會進一步促進歐盟成員國之間的團結。
[Abstract]:On December 12, 2012, the Committee of Ministers (Foreign Affairs) of the Council of Europe (Council of Europe) issued a recommendation (Recom-mendation CM/Rec (201213), which focuses on quality education for all, according to the website of the International Education Organization, January 8, 2013.
