中等職業(yè)學校學生心理健康教育研究

【摘要】:中等職業(yè)學校的學生正處在身體和生理發(fā)育、發(fā)展的重要時期由于種種原因,他們存在文化課成績不理想、心理問題突出的問題。在當前社會價值觀發(fā)生劇烈變化的情況下,他們身心健康發(fā)展受到了很大影響。中等職業(yè)學校學生的心理健康狀況不容樂觀,令人擔憂。 本課題將研究的視角定位于中等職業(yè)學校心理健康教育,通過對中等職業(yè)學校學生進行問卷調(diào)查與分析,找出當前中等職業(yè)學校學生常見的心理健康問題,并對這些問題進行歸因分析;同時借鑒國外和我國香港地區(qū)青少年心理健康教育的先進經(jīng)驗與啟示,從而提出了加強中等職業(yè)學校心理健康教育的對策,以期推動和改進我國中等職業(yè)學校心理健康教育,服務于培養(yǎng)更多更好的社會主義建設人才。
[Abstract]:The students of secondary vocational school are in physical and physiological development. Due to various reasons, they have some problems such as unsatisfactory achievement of culture course and outstanding psychological problems. Their physical and mental health have been greatly affected by the drastic changes in social values. The state of mental health of students in secondary vocational schools is not optimistic and worrying. This paper focuses on the mental health education in secondary vocational schools, and finds out the common mental health problems of secondary vocational school students through the questionnaire survey and analysis of the students in secondary vocational schools. At the same time, the author draws lessons from the advanced experience and enlightenment of young people's mental health education in Hong Kong and foreign countries, and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the mental health education in secondary vocational schools. The aim is to promote and improve mental health education in secondary vocational schools and to train more and better talents for socialist construction.
