【摘要】：本文簡(jiǎn)要回顧了布朗案的內(nèi)容與意義,歸納整理、述評(píng)了布朗案判決50周年前后美國(guó)學(xué)者對(duì)這一案件的評(píng)價(jià)和反思。美國(guó)當(dāng)下學(xué)術(shù)界在肯定布朗案歷史地位的同時(shí),更多地指出了它的潛在弊病和歷史遺留問(wèn)題。這種反思有助于人們辯證地看待布朗案,更加理性地認(rèn)識(shí)美國(guó)社會(huì)種族關(guān)系的走向與趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly reviews the content and significance of Brown's case, summarizes and arranges it, and reviews the evaluation and reflection of the case by American scholars around the 50th anniversary of Brown's judgment. While affirming the historical status of Brown's case, American academic circles point out its potential defects and historical legacies. This kind of introspection is helpful for people to view Brown's case dialectically and to understand the trend and trend of racial relations in American society more rationally.
