教師教學(xué)資源意識(shí)的缺失及其培植

【摘要】:教師的教學(xué)資源意識(shí)在提升課堂教學(xué)品質(zhì)中有重要的先導(dǎo)作用。在當(dāng)前的課堂教學(xué)中,教師教學(xué)資源意識(shí)的缺失主要表現(xiàn)在:視教科書為唯一的教學(xué)資源,過(guò)度依賴"物性"的教學(xué)資源,忽視生成性教學(xué)資源,教學(xué)資源運(yùn)用的簡(jiǎn)單化和教學(xué)資源的開發(fā)意識(shí)不夠等方面。培植教師資源意識(shí)要努力提高教師對(duì)教學(xué)資源的整體認(rèn)識(shí),逐漸用教學(xué)資源觀置換原有的教學(xué)材料觀,積極建設(shè)教師的教學(xué)資源能力以及在教學(xué)反思中轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)資源觀念。
[Abstract]:Teachers' awareness of teaching resources plays an important leading role in improving classroom teaching quality. In the current classroom teaching, the lack of teachers' awareness of teaching resources is mainly reflected in: regarding textbooks as the only teaching resources, relying excessively on the "materiality" of teaching resources, ignoring the generative teaching resources. The utilization of teaching resources is simplified and the consciousness of developing teaching resources is not enough. In order to cultivate teachers' awareness of teaching resources, we should improve teachers' understanding of teaching resources, gradually replace the original views of teaching materials with the concept of teaching resources, actively build teachers' ability of teaching resources and change the concept of teaching resources in the process of teaching reflection.
