【摘要】：心理問題污名是在心理疾病污名的泛化基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生的。大學(xué)生中存在的心理問題污名現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重影響大學(xué)生的心理求助行為,不利于心理教育和人格發(fā)展。本文在對大學(xué)生心理問題污名現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,從公眾污名和自我污名兩方面探索對心理問題污名的影響機制,提出應(yīng)對公眾污名的教育策略和應(yīng)對自我污名的團體心理訓(xùn)練策略。
[Abstract]:The stigma of psychological problems is based on the generalization of stigma of mental diseases. The stigma of psychological problems in college students seriously affects the psychological seeking behavior of college students, which is not conducive to psychological education and personality development. Based on the investigation of the status quo of college students' psychological stigma, this paper explores the influence mechanism of public stigma and self-stigma on psychological stigma. Educational strategies to deal with public stigma and group psychological training strategies to deal with self-stigma are put forward.
