當代“威斯康星理念”的新發(fā)展及其啟示——以威斯康星大學(xué)為例

【摘要】:"威斯康星理念"是20世紀初美國威斯康星大學(xué)倡導(dǎo)并發(fā)展起來的關(guān)于大學(xué)服務(wù)社會的思想觀念和實踐行動體系。"威斯康星理念"一經(jīng)提出,其價值就得到各國大學(xué)的普遍認同。隨著時代的變化,"威斯康星理念"的內(nèi)涵也在不斷地豐富和發(fā)展。進入21世紀,在國際社會政治、經(jīng)濟改革的背景下,"威斯康星理念"獲得了新的發(fā)展,不僅傳統(tǒng)的推廣教育模式得到保持和發(fā)展,而且著力構(gòu)建多主體、多學(xué)科參與的服務(wù)體制,并注重對社會特定人群提供切實的服務(wù)。這些對于我國大學(xué)開展服務(wù)社會活動具有重要的啟示。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 20th century, the concept of Wisconsin is a kind of ideological concept and practical action system about the university serving the society, which was advocated and developed by the University of Wisconsin in the United States. As soon as the concept of Wisconsin was put forward, its value was generally recognized by universities all over the world. With the change of the times, the connotation of Wisconsin concept is also constantly enriched and developed. In the 21st century, under the background of international social politics and economic reform, the "Wisconsin concept" has been developed. Not only the traditional mode of popularization and education has been maintained and developed, but also the service system of multi-subject and multi-disciplinary participation has been built, and emphasis has been paid to providing practical services to specific groups of society. These have important enlightenment for Chinese universities to carry out service social activities.
