【摘要】：通過研究近年來大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀與用人單位需求意愿在職業(yè)目標(biāo)、職業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)和職業(yè)決策等方面的匹配狀況發(fā)現(xiàn),二者匹配與否實(shí)際上是在多個(gè)因素的綜合作用下大學(xué)生和用人單位進(jìn)行成本-收益比較后的自然選擇,這些因素主要包括市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息時(shí)代特征、政府角色和就業(yè)市場(chǎng)二元分割特性、高校人才培養(yǎng)理念和評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制等。促進(jìn)大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀與用人單位需求意愿的匹配,應(yīng)充分利用信息時(shí)代特征,加快提升就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量;加快經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,縮小收入差距,使勞動(dòng)成為個(gè)人收入的主要來源;準(zhǔn)確定位政府角色,營(yíng)造公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)就業(yè)環(huán)境,保障供需雙方權(quán)益;遵循教育基本目的,尊重高校及學(xué)生的主體性地位,落實(shí)終身發(fā)展理念。
[Abstract]:By studying the matching of college students' professional values and employers' demand will in the aspects of career objectives, career evaluation and career decision-making in recent years, it is found that whether they match or not is actually a natural selection after cost-benefit comparison between college students and employers under the comprehensive action of many factors. These factors mainly include the characteristics of market economy and the information age, the role of the government and the dual division of the job market. The concept and evaluation mechanism of talent training in colleges and universities. To promote the matching of college students' professional values with the needs and wishes of employers, we should make full use of the characteristics of the information age to speed up the improvement of the service quality of the employment network, speed up the adjustment of economic structure, narrow the income gap, and make labor the main source of personal income, accurately locate the role of the government, create a fair competitive employment environment, and protect the rights and interests of both supply and demand. Follow the basic purpose of education, respect the subjective status of colleges and students, and implement the concept of lifelong development.
