【摘要】：大學使命宣言是大學辦學理念及核心價值觀的濃縮與提煉。本文從大學自身的發(fā)展歷史和與社會環(huán)境互動以及二者交互影響的角度,采用基于文本的實證研究方法,通過構建由"古典"、"現(xiàn)代"和"21世紀"3個維度組成的分析模型,對13所世界一流大學的使命宣言進行實證分析,并據(jù)此歸納出3種類型的大學使命宣言,希望由此揭示不同大學的發(fā)展目標、戰(zhàn)略及核心價值觀,為我國大學使命宣言的設計、分析提供模型工具,為對國際上不同語言文化背景的大學進行辦學理念與思路的比較提供一種參照系。

[Abstract]:The mission statement of a university is the concentration and refinement of the idea and core values of running a university. From the point of view of the development history of the university itself, the interaction with the social environment and the interaction between the two, this paper adopts the text-based empirical research method and constructs the analysis model composed of the three dimensions of "classical", "modern" and "21st century" to make an empirical analysis of the mission statements of 13 world-class universities, and sums up three types of university mission statements. It is hoped that the development goals, strategies and core values of different universities will be revealed, the design and analysis of university mission statements in China will be provided with model tools, and a frame of reference will be provided for the comparison of ideas and ideas of running universities with different linguistic and cultural backgrounds in the world.
