【摘要】：隨著高等教育的不斷發(fā)展,高等教育介入資本市場,高等教育在市場經濟體制下運行。市場經濟體制為高等教育提供了很多的資源,同時也對高等教育提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。高等教育大眾化和高等教育成本上升,經費問題成為了我國高等教育發(fā)展的瓶頸,我們不可能單純依靠政府投入或者單純依靠學費來解決高等教育經費短缺問題,必須通過拓寬高�；I資渠道的方式。美國許多高校的實踐證明,社會捐贈是 個很重要的籌資渠道,它能為高校募集到大量資金,切實地為解決經費問題做了很多貢獻,哥倫比亞大學就是其中一個成功的典型。本文旨在通過研究哥倫比亞大學社會捐贈的經驗,借鑒其成功之道,以完善我國高等教育的捐贈體制。 本文主要從以下幾個部分展開論述：第一章是緒論部分；第二章是研究哥倫比亞大學的獲贈成就；第三章是對哥倫比亞大學社會捐贈管理進行研究；第四章是分析影響哥倫比亞大學社會捐贈的因素；第五章針對我國高校社會捐贈的問題,借鑒哥倫比亞大學的成功經驗,得出幾點啟示,以期能夠促進我國高校社會捐贈事業(yè)的發(fā)展。 通過研究分析可以得出,我國高校要解決經費不足的問題,可以借鑒哥倫比亞大學通過社會捐贈籌資的經驗,培育社會對高校捐贈的文化、加強政府捐贈和捐贈基金管理立法、加強高校對社會捐贈的管理以及擴展捐贈形式與捐贈渠道,大力發(fā)展社會捐贈事業(yè),
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of higher education, higher education intervenes in the capital market, and higher education operates under the market economy system. The market economy system provides a lot of resources for higher education, but also poses a new challenge to higher education. With the popularization of higher education and the rising cost of higher education, the problem of funds has become the bottleneck of the development of higher education in our country. We can not only rely on government investment or tuition fees to solve the problem of shortage of funds for higher education, but must broaden the financing channels of colleges and universities. The practice of many colleges and universities in the United States has proved that social donation is a very important funding channel, it can raise a lot of funds for colleges and universities, and has made a lot of contributions to solving the problem of funds. Columbia University is one of the most successful examples. The purpose of this paper is to perfect the donation system of higher education in China by studying the experience of social donation of Columbia University and drawing lessons from its success. This paper mainly discusses from the following parts: the first chapter is the introduction; the second chapter is to study the achievements of Columbia University; the third chapter is to study the social donation management of Columbia University; the fourth chapter is to analyze the factors that affect the social donation of Columbia University. The fifth chapter aims at the problem of social donation in colleges and universities in our country, draws lessons from the successful experience of Columbia University, and draws some enlightenments in order to promote the development of social donation in colleges and universities in our country. Through research and analysis, it can be concluded that in order to solve the problem of insufficient funds, colleges and universities in China can draw lessons from the experience of Columbia University in raising funds through social donation, cultivate the culture of social donation to colleges and universities, strengthen the legislation of government donation and endowment fund management, strengthen the management of social donation by colleges and universities, expand the form and channels of donation, and vigorously develop the cause of social donation.
