【摘要】：大學(xué)生是十分寶貴的人才資源，是祖國的希望，民族的未來。對大學(xué)生開展廉潔教育，把他們培養(yǎng)成中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人，具有深遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略意義。本文以大學(xué)生廉潔教育的概念界定為前提，以探討大學(xué)生廉潔教育中存在的問題為現(xiàn)實依據(jù)，在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外實踐經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上，，探求我國大學(xué)生廉潔教育的現(xiàn)實途徑。 大學(xué)生廉潔教育是指以社會主義核心價值體系作為指導(dǎo)，對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行有目的、有計劃、有組織的廉潔教育活動，包括促進(jìn)其廉潔認(rèn)知、廉潔情感、廉潔意志、廉潔信仰和廉潔踐行能力不斷提升的教育活動。大學(xué)生廉潔教育的實質(zhì)就是對大學(xué)生廉潔修身的教育，促進(jìn)他們廉潔品質(zhì)的養(yǎng)成。 當(dāng)前我國大學(xué)生廉潔教育工作存在的主要問題是：大學(xué)生廉潔教育工作薄弱，大學(xué)生自身廉潔意識淡薄；大學(xué)生廉潔教育的實效性不高等。轉(zhuǎn)型期多元文化價值觀念的侵蝕、對大學(xué)生廉潔教育的重要性認(rèn)識不到位以及大學(xué)生廉潔教育缺乏創(chuàng)新性是導(dǎo)致上述問題存在的主要原因。 國內(nèi)外開展大學(xué)生廉潔教育的實踐啟示是:注重青少年學(xué)生的廉潔教育，注重通過道德教育來實現(xiàn)廉潔教育，注重發(fā)揮課堂作用加強(qiáng)廉潔教育，注重發(fā)揮文化的滲透作用等。 大學(xué)生廉潔教育是一個系統(tǒng)工程。當(dāng)前在我國大學(xué)生廉潔教育的實踐中，盡管采取了許多措施，但總體看來，系統(tǒng)性、可操作性、實效性亟需提高。因此，借鑒國內(nèi)外實踐經(jīng)驗，構(gòu)建廉潔教育“三進(jìn)”體系，即“進(jìn)教材、進(jìn)課程，進(jìn)頭腦”是加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生廉潔教育的現(xiàn)實路徑。
[Abstract]:College students are very valuable human resources, is the hope of the motherland, the future of the nation. It is of far-reaching strategic significance to carry out clean education for college students and train them as constructors and successors of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. Based on the definition of the concept of honesty education for college students, and on the basis of discussing the problems existing in honesty education for college students, this paper explores the practical ways of honesty education for college students in China on the basis of summing up the practical experience at home and abroad. Honesty education for college students refers to purposeful, planned and organized clean education activities for college students under the guidance of socialist core value system, including promoting their clean cognition, clean emotion, clean will, honest belief and clean practice ability. The essence of college students' honesty education is the education of college students' honesty and self-cultivation, and promotes the cultivation of their clean quality. At present, the main problems existing in the clean education of college students in our country are as follows: the work of honesty education of college students is weak, the consciousness of honesty of college students is weak, the effectiveness of honesty education of college students is not high, and so on. The erosion of multicultural values in the transitional period, the lack of understanding of the importance of honesty education for college students and the lack of innovation in honesty education for college students are the main reasons for the above problems. The practical enlightenment of carrying out honesty education for college students at home and abroad is to pay attention to the clean education of young students, to realize clean education through moral education, to give full play to the role of classroom to strengthen clean education, to pay attention to the infiltration of culture, and so on. Honesty education for college students is a systematic project. At present, in the practice of honesty education for college students in our country, although many measures have been taken, on the whole, systematicness, maneuverability and effectiveness need to be improved. Therefore, drawing lessons from the practical experience at home and abroad, the construction of the "three advances" system of clean education, that is, "entering the teaching materials, entering the curriculum, entering the mind" is the realistic way to strengthen the honest education of college students.
