【摘要】：黨的十六大以來(lái)，以胡錦濤同志為總書(shū)記的黨中央，召開(kāi)了全國(guó)加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的會(huì)議，形成了全黨全社會(huì)合力推進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的強(qiáng)勢(shì)，高校思想政治教育進(jìn)入了全新的發(fā)展階段。高校思想政治教育是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程，教育主體多元化，教育內(nèi)容豐富，教育途徑也多種多樣。大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育是思想政治教育的一個(gè)有機(jī)組成部分，積極開(kāi)展職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育是思想政治教育的延伸與發(fā)展，也是對(duì)思想政治教育工作的有益補(bǔ)充。人們期望教育盡可能既有助于自我實(shí)現(xiàn)和個(gè)人安寧，和諧和精神健康，也有助于社會(huì)化。[1]而高校思想政治理論課是思想政治教育的主陣地、主渠道，因?yàn)槠鋼碛邢到y(tǒng)化的理論體系、專業(yè)化的師資隊(duì)伍、規(guī)范化的教學(xué)模式、明確化的教學(xué)目標(biāo)，使它在大學(xué)生的思想政治道德素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)方面發(fā)揮著根本作用，另外，高校思想政治理論課具有知識(shí)屬性與價(jià)值屬性的統(tǒng)一。因此，大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育只有與思想政治教育相結(jié)合，，才能更加全面、深入和有效，加強(qiáng)高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)能促進(jìn)大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的有效實(shí)現(xiàn)，高校思想政治理論課對(duì)大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育具有重要作用。 本文首先闡述了大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的相關(guān)概念，在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題。其次通過(guò)梳理、整合高校思想政治理論課的發(fā)展過(guò)程、性質(zhì)、內(nèi)涵、功能、目的與價(jià)值目標(biāo)等內(nèi)容，明確了高校思想政治理論課本身所具有的功能和價(jià)值屬性在促進(jìn)大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育中所具有的特殊功效。然后，明確分析了大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育與思想政治教育，與高校思想政治理論課之間的關(guān)系，指出高校思想政治理論課與大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育之間辯證統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系。最后，筆者根據(jù)高校思想政治理論課和大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育本身所具有的內(nèi)涵與相互間的關(guān)系以及對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)理論的學(xué)習(xí)，從理論上提出高校思想政治理論課對(duì)大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的作用。首先分析了大學(xué)生進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育過(guò)程中加強(qiáng)高校思想政治理論課的必要性，接著在此基礎(chǔ)上重點(diǎn)闡述所起到的促進(jìn)作用，主要從三個(gè)方面來(lái)體現(xiàn)，第一方面從高校思想政治理論課具有的功能角度來(lái)分析對(duì)大學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的作用，第二方面從高校思想政治理論課包含的知識(shí)內(nèi)涵角度來(lái)分析論證，第三方面從高校思想政治理論課所體現(xiàn)的價(jià)值特性角度來(lái)分析。這部分是全文研究的著力點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)，也是本文的難點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Hu Jintao as General Secretary, has held a national conference on strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students, which has formed a strong force for the whole party and society to work together to promote the ideological and political education of college students. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities has entered a new stage of development. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a complex system engineering, the main body of education is diversified, the content of education is rich, and the ways of education are also varied. Career planning education for college students is an organic part of ideological and political education. Actively carrying out career planning education is the extension and development of ideological and political education, and it is also a useful supplement to ideological and political education. It is expected that education will contribute not only to self-realization and personal tranquillity, harmony and mental health, but also to socialization. [1] and the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is the main position and main channel of ideological and political education. Because it has a systematic theoretical system, a professional teaching team, a standardized teaching model and a clear teaching goal, it plays a fundamental role in the cultivation of college students' ideological and political and moral diathesis. In addition, The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities has the unity of knowledge attribute and value attribute. Therefore, only by combining career planning education with ideological and political education can college students' career planning education be more comprehensive, in-depth and effective. Strengthening the teaching of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities can promote the effective realization of college students' career planning education. The course of ideological and political theory plays an important role in college students' career planning education. This paper first expounds the related concepts of college students' career planning education, and on this basis, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of college students' career planning education. Secondly, by combing and integrating the development process, nature, connotation, function, purpose and value goal of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, This paper clarifies the special effect of the function and value attribute of the ideological and political theory course in promoting the career planning education of college students. Then, it clearly analyzes the relationship between college students' career planning education and ideological and political education, and points out the dialectical unity between college students' ideological and political theory course and college students' career planning education. Finally, according to the connotation and relationship of ideological and political theory course and college students' career planning education itself, as well as the study of advanced academic theory at home and abroad, This paper theoretically puts forward the function of ideological and political theory course on college students' career planning education. This paper first analyzes the necessity of strengthening the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in the process of career planning education for college students, and then focuses on the promoting role played by college students, mainly from three aspects. The first aspect analyzes the function of ideological and political theory course on college students' career planning from the point of view of the function of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, and the second aspect analyzes and demonstrates the knowledge connotation contained in the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities. The third aspect analyzes the value characteristics embodied in the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities. This part is the focus and innovation of the full text, but also the difficulty of this paper.
