獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生和諧人格培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:中共十六大提出,建設(shè)社會主義和諧社會是新世紀(jì)頭20年中國全面建設(shè)小康社會的發(fā)展目標(biāo)之一,是黨和人民的最高社會理想,是我們黨從全面建設(shè)小康社會、開創(chuàng)中國特色社會主義新局面的全局出發(fā)提出的一項重大任務(wù)。黨中央提出,我們所要構(gòu)建的和諧社會是民主法制、公平正義、誠信友愛、充滿活力、安定有序、人與自然和諧相處的社會。因而,和諧社會的建構(gòu)離不開制度之公正、結(jié)構(gòu)之合理、也離不開人的全面發(fā)展,因此,人格的構(gòu)建成為和諧社會的一個重要內(nèi)容。作為社會發(fā)展的核心、最具根本力量的人,尤其是在校大學(xué)生,不僅是構(gòu)建和諧社會的能動主體,而且是構(gòu)建和諧社會的根基和目標(biāo),因此,構(gòu)建和諧社會下的大學(xué)生和諧人格是非常必要的。 獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生是一個特殊同時也在日漸龐大的群體,隨著現(xiàn)代生活水平日益提高,對這部分特殊群體的人格培養(yǎng)尤其要采用特殊的培養(yǎng)方式,此乃我們長談的特殊問題特殊對待。尤其是在今天物質(zhì)文化生活紛繁復(fù)雜的社會,更是要注重對大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育和人格教育的培養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)。之所以選擇獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生為研究對象,有幾個方面的原因:首先,他們是今天社會更是是未來社會中很有意義和具代表性的群體;其次,獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生優(yōu)越的家庭背景,時代潮流下的種種沖擊,,造成部分大學(xué)生的人格扭曲、性格迥異,呈現(xiàn)出百態(tài)的社會問題和現(xiàn)象,發(fā)人深思和考究;最后,這部分群體是未來祖國美好事業(yè)的建設(shè)者以及富國強(qiáng)民重大任務(wù)的承擔(dān)者,因此,對獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生和諧人格培養(yǎng)的研究勢在必行、刻不容緩。 本文共分為六個章節(jié),第一章是引言,第二章首先從概念入手,從多個方面對人格及和諧人格進(jìn)行界定,重點(diǎn)對“和諧人格”這個概念進(jìn)行了分析;第三章針對獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生和諧人格的現(xiàn)狀,列舉出獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生和諧人格培養(yǎng)中出現(xiàn)的不利因素,并對其原因進(jìn)行了研究和探討,旨在強(qiáng)調(diào)培養(yǎng)獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生和諧人格的重要性;第四章把獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生和諧人格培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)作為論題,即提出問題;第五章,著重分析了獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生和諧人格培養(yǎng)的方法和途徑,分別從家庭因素、校園環(huán)境、社會實踐三個不同領(lǐng)域和角度,針對獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生特殊群體,有側(cè)重點(diǎn)的進(jìn)行研究,從而最終達(dá)到解決問題的目的;第六章是全文的最后一個章節(jié),通過前面幾個章節(jié)的分析和探討,得出了獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生和諧人格的培養(yǎng)還存在諸多亟待解決的問題,這些問題的解決需要得到家庭的重視,高校教育的關(guān)注以及社會力量的幫助和我們不斷努力,最后作者針對問題的存在性,有意向的提出了培養(yǎng)獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生和諧人格的方法和途徑。 全文以和諧人格為基調(diào),以獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生這一獨(dú)特群體為研究對象,通過筆者分析和研究,旨在強(qiáng)調(diào)人格培養(yǎng)尤其是獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生的人格培養(yǎng)須以理論為依據(jù),結(jié)合社會現(xiàn)實和文化背景、注重道德修養(yǎng)、強(qiáng)化自身技能水平,認(rèn)真落實政策法規(guī)、著實加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè),最終實現(xiàn)人類和諧,實現(xiàn)社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) put forward that the building of a socialist harmonious society is one of the development goals of the first 20 years in the new century in China to build a well-off society in an all-round way. It is the highest social ideal for the Party and the people, and it is our party to build a well It is a major task to set out a new situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that the harmonious society we need to build is a society that is democratic, legal, fair and justice, honest and friendly, dynamic, stable and orderly, and harmonious with nature and nature. Therefore, the construction of the harmonious society can not be separated from the justice of the system, the reasonable structure of the structure, and the full development of the people, so the construction of the personality becomes an important part of the harmonious society. As the core of social development, people with the most fundamental strength, especially the college students, are not only the active subject of building a harmonious society, but also the foundation and goal of building a harmonious society. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the harmonious personality of the college students under the harmonious society. The only one-child college student is a special and growing group, and with the increasing of the modern living standard, this part of the special group's personality culture has to adopt a special culture method, which is the special issue of the special problem that we have talked about. In particular, in today's material and cultural life, it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of the quality-oriented education and the personality education of the college students The reason that the only one-child college students are the subjects of the study is that they are the most meaningful and representative groups in the future society. In the end, this group is the builder of the good cause of the future and the principal of the major task of the rich and powerful people. This study is necessary to study the harmonious personality of the only-child college students. The article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter first begins with the concept, the personality and the harmonious personality are defined from many aspects, the emphasis is on the "harmonious personality" of the concept, and the third chapter is for the one-child college students' harmonious personality. The current situation of the one-child college students' harmonious personality culture is listed, and the causes are studied and discussed. The aim of this paper is to emphasize the importance of cultivating the harmonious personality of the one-child college students, and the fourth chapter focuses on the goal of the one-child college students' harmonious personality culture. In that fifth chapter, the method and the way to train the harmonious personality of the one-child college student are analyzed, and the special group and the focus of the one-child college students are given from the three different fields and angles of the family, the campus environment and the social practice. The first chapter is the last chapter of the full text. Through the analysis and discussion of the previous chapters, it is concluded that the cultivation of the harmonious personality of the only-child college students has many problems to be solved urgently. The solution of these problems needs to be solved. The attention of the university education, the help of the social forces and the continuous efforts of the society, the author put forward the method of cultivating the one-child college students' harmonious personality with the aim of the existence of the problem. The article, based on the harmonious personality, takes the unique group of the only-child college students as the research object, and through the author's analysis and research, the purpose of the study is to emphasize the personality development, especially the personality culture of the only-child college students, to be based on the theory and to combine with the social reality And finally realizing the harmony of the human and the realization of the society.
