“校漂族”的思想政治教育探析
[Abstract]:In the past decade, with the gradual transformation of college education from "elite education" to "mass education" and the adjustment of the employment policy of college graduates from "package distribution" to "two-way choice", The sudden rise in unemployment has prompted a group of "school drifters" around schools who have made other choices for their own future, such as taking the postgraduate entrance examination, taking the civil service, or waiting for a better job, and so on. As a result, they chose schools and other places rich in information resources as their habitat. As this team is constantly expanding, it has become a hot social issue that society has to pay attention to. At the same time, the emergence of the school drift is also an objective reality that we must face. By referring to the relevant literature and content analysis at home and abroad, this paper discusses and studies the related concepts, the relevant theoretical basis, the existing problems and the realistic predicament of the "school drifters", and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the existing practical problems. First of all, referring to the relevant literature at home and abroad, the concept of ideological and political education of "school drift" is clearly defined. On the basis of paying attention to people-oriented and all-round development of people, this paper analyzes the ideological status and existing problems of "school floats" from the types, characteristics, causes and living conditions of "school floats" respectively. Secondly, from the macro and micro perspectives, this paper analyzes the practical difficulties faced by the ideological and political education of the "school-drifts" in China, and summarizes three main points: first, the society does not pay enough attention to the ideological and political education of the "school-drifters"; The second is that the research on ideological and political education of "school drift" is not deep enough, and the division of responsibility for ideological and political education of "school drift" is not clear. Finally, in view of the special group of "school-drifters", the scattered residence, the frequent movement of personnel, and the difficult practice of ideological and political education work due to the difficulty of fixing objects, places and carriers, the emphasis is on colleges and universities, and the community is the front. Innovate and carry out work, construct the ideological and political education team of "school drifters", standardize the ideological and political work system of "school drifters" in the community, clarify the contents of education, and make use of all available resources. Improve the quality of the ideological and political education team. On the surface, the emergence of "school drift" alleviates the employment pressure of college graduates, but it is also the employment pressure that promotes the generation of "school drift", both of which are intrinsically related. Through the rational understanding of the phenomenon of "school drifters", it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen ideological and political education in the helping work of "school drifters", which is conducive to forming a reasonable self-orientation and strengthening the cultivation of psychological quality of "school-drifters". Form the correct values, so as to really alleviate the pressure of social employment. However, at present, the "school drift" is in a stage where no one pays attention to it, which leads to many practical difficulties and problems that need to be actively solved in the work of ideological and political education. In the process of solving these problems, we should strengthen the work of ideological and political education, keep pace with the times, innovate constantly, provide the correct methods and countermeasures for strengthening the ideological and political education of the "school-floating people", and help to cultivate the consciousness of the social role transformation of the "school-drifters". It is conducive to the early integration of the school drifters into the society and to speeding up the process of building a harmonious socialist society.
