人才需求與專業(yè)建設關系的研究

【摘要】:學科建設與專業(yè)建設是高校建設的主要內容,學科建設側重于學術的發(fā)展與科學知識的創(chuàng)新,專業(yè)建設則側重于人才的培養(yǎng),它與社會人才需求有著密切的聯(lián)系。本文通過回顧人才需求與專業(yè)建設的發(fā)展歷史,對不同時期的人才需求與專業(yè)建設關系進行了研究,認為,人才需求是高校專業(yè)建設的根本動力與源泉。盡管高校專業(yè)建設的發(fā)展與改革要以人才需求為重要導向,,但高校不能盲目、功利地奉承社會需求,并以職業(yè)至上主義來調整其專業(yè)建設,因為高校還背負著傳承科學知識和科學研究的責任。因此,高校在進行專業(yè)建設時,要科學地以社會人才需求為導向,處理好學科建設與專業(yè)建設的關系,及時進行專業(yè)調整,努力適應社會需求,貫徹好高校的人才培養(yǎng)與社會服務職能。 本文先從歷史的角度研究了國內外專業(yè)發(fā)展與人才需求的關系,表明人才需求的變化是高校專業(yè)發(fā)展的根本動力;其次通過對用人單位的問卷調查分析了當前人才需求的特征,討論了當前高校如何調整專業(yè)建設內容以適應社會人才的需求;最后總結了人才需求與高校專業(yè)建設的關系,分析了人才需求變化性與專業(yè)建設穩(wěn)定性的關系以及在不同經(jīng)濟體制下二者的關系的特點,同時指出了當前專業(yè)建設與人才需求適應性問題,并提出了相應的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Discipline construction and specialty construction are the main contents of the construction of colleges and universities. Discipline construction focuses on academic development and innovation of scientific knowledge, while specialty construction emphasizes on the cultivation of talents, which is closely related to the needs of social talents. By reviewing the development history of talent demand and specialty construction, this paper studies the relationship between talent demand and specialty construction in different periods, and holds that talent demand is the fundamental motive force and source of specialty construction in colleges and universities. Although the development and reform of professional construction in colleges and universities should be guided by the demand for talents, colleges and universities should not blindly and utilitarian flatter the needs of the society, and adjust their professional construction with occupational supremacy. Because colleges and universities also bear the responsibility of inheriting scientific knowledge and scientific research. Therefore, colleges and universities should scientifically guide the needs of social talents, deal well with the relationship between discipline construction and specialty construction, make timely professional adjustments, and strive to adapt to the needs of the society. Carry out the talent training and social service function of colleges and universities. Firstly, this paper studies the relationship between professional development and talent demand at home and abroad from a historical point of view, which shows that the change of talent demand is the fundamental driving force for the professional development of colleges and universities. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey of employers, this paper analyzes the characteristics of current talent demand, and discusses how to adjust the content of specialty construction in colleges and universities to meet the needs of social talents. Finally, this paper summarizes the relationship between talent demand and specialty construction in colleges and universities, analyzes the relationship between the variation of talent demand and the stability of specialty construction, and the characteristics of the relationship between them under different economic systems. At the same time, this paper points out the problem of the adaptability between professional construction and talent demand, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
