【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的加深，市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變得越來越激烈，科技創(chuàng)新能力及其創(chuàng)新人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)在國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的作用也越來越重要，，為在未來的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占有立足之地，世界上各個(gè)國(guó)家都在積極的建立和完善國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系。高等學(xué)校作為知識(shí)創(chuàng)新與傳播、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的基地，將在國(guó)家科技創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮著重要作用，因此研究高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力具有較為重要的意義。 本文在對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力等理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用實(shí)證調(diào)查與比較分析相結(jié)合的分析方法，論述了高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力在國(guó)家創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中的重要作用。本文總共有五章，第一章說明了本課題的研究背景及研究的內(nèi)容、方法，第二、三章介紹高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)的概念與國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀，第四、五章是本文的主要部分，首先對(duì)山西高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了概述說明，主要對(duì)專利部分進(jìn)行分析，其次建立了高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力的綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，在采集了相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)之后，最后用主成分分析法對(duì)2009年我國(guó)中部六省的高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行了橫向比較分析。最后通過對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的分析，分析影響山西省高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力提高的主要不足和缺陷。最后，在現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)之上提出了提高山西省高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力的途徑和建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the integration of the world economy, the market competition becomes more and more fierce, and the ability of scientific and technological innovation and the competition of its innovative talents play a more and more important role in the international competition, so as to occupy a foothold in the international competition in the future. Every country in the world is actively establishing and perfecting the national innovation system. As the base of knowledge innovation and dissemination, technology innovation and talents training, colleges and universities will play an important role in the national science and technology innovation system, so it is of great significance to study the ability of science and technology innovation in colleges and universities. Based on the theoretical analysis of intellectual property rights and scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities, this paper discusses the important role of the scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities in the national innovation system by means of the combination of empirical investigation and comparative analysis. This article has five chapters altogether, the first chapter has explained the research background and the research content, the method, the second, the third chapter introduces the university science and technology innovation ability appraisal concept and the domestic and foreign present situation, the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter is the main part of this article, Firstly, this paper summarizes the present situation of the scientific and technological innovation ability in colleges and universities in Shanxi, mainly analyzes the patent part, then establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of the scientific and technological innovation ability in colleges and universities, and after collecting the relevant data, Finally, this paper makes a horizontal comparative analysis of the scientific and technological innovation ability of universities in six provinces of central China in 2009 by using principal component analysis (PCA). Finally, through the analysis of the evaluation results, the main deficiencies and defects affecting the improvement of the scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province are analyzed. Finally, on the basis of the present situation and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the ways and suggestions to improve the scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.
