獨立學院應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:獨立學院是借助于公辦高校的辦學優(yōu)勢和社會資金的投入而發(fā)展起來的,是一種按照新機制、新模式運行的民辦高校。經(jīng)過近十年的發(fā)展,它已經(jīng)成為一種不可替代的高等教育機構(gòu)。獨立學院的出現(xiàn),為廣大人民群眾提供了更多本科層次的高等教育優(yōu)質(zhì)資源,實現(xiàn)了高等教育辦學主體多元化,發(fā)揮了其他教育形式不可替代的重要作用。然而目前很多獨立學院由于受母體高校辦學理論、教育教學及舊觀念的影響,目標定位不明確,沒有長遠的發(fā)展規(guī)劃和明確的培養(yǎng)目標,長此下去,只會嚴重制約獨立學院的發(fā)展。因此,為了保證獨立學院健康可持續(xù)的發(fā)展,必須構(gòu)建一個具有獨立學院自身特點及發(fā)展要求的人才培養(yǎng)模式。 本文結(jié)合素質(zhì)教育論和人力資本論等理論的思想精髓,以及湖北省獨立學院本科專業(yè)教學工作合格評估專家組考察反饋意見和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料,分析了獨立學院應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式存在的問題和原因,并針對性地提出對策建議,嘗試構(gòu)建一個具有獨立學院特色的應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式。本文共分四個部分: 第一部分,文章介紹了問題提出的相關(guān)研究背景和意義,對獨立學院應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了綜述,闡述了文章的研究思路和研究方法。 第二部分,對獨立學院、應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式等核心概念進行了界定,介紹了本研究的理論基礎(chǔ)——素質(zhì)教育論和人力資本論;闡述了獨立學院應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式的構(gòu)建原則,包括市場導向原則、素質(zhì)本位原則、學練并重原則和產(chǎn)學研結(jié)合原則;對當前獨立學院人才培養(yǎng)定位的依據(jù)進行了分析,主要包括政策定位、生源特點、學校實際和社會需求四個基本因素。 第三部分,根據(jù)研究的理論基礎(chǔ)和評估專家組考察反饋意見及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料,提出目前獨立學院應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式在人才培養(yǎng)目標定位、條件保障、課程體系、人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量保障和人才培養(yǎng)評價制度等方面存在的問題;對當前獨立學院應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式問題存在的原因做出了分析,包括思想認識不統(tǒng)一、宏觀調(diào)控不到位、市場機制不規(guī)范和社會參與不充分四個方面。 第四部分,根據(jù)當前獨立學院人才培養(yǎng)模式存在的問題提出一些建議,嘗試構(gòu)建一個符合獨立學院自身特色的應用型人才培養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:Independent colleges are developed with the help of the advantages of public-run universities and the investment of social funds. They are a kind of civilian-run colleges and universities which operate according to new mechanism and new mode. After nearly ten years of development, it has become an irreplaceable institution of higher education. The emergence of independent colleges has provided the masses with more quality resources of higher education at the undergraduate level, realized the diversification of the main bodies of higher education, and played an irreplaceable role in other forms of education. At present, however, many independent colleges are affected by the theory of running a school, education, teaching and old concepts in the parent colleges and universities, and the target orientation is unclear, and there is no long-term development plan and clear training objective, so they will continue to do so for a long time. It will only seriously restrict the development of independent colleges. Therefore, in order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of independent college, it is necessary to construct a talent training mode with its own characteristics and development requirements. Based on the quintessence of the theories of quality-oriented education and human capital, and the expert Group on qualified Evaluation of undergraduate Specialty Teaching in Hubei Independent College, this paper examines the feedback and related data. This paper analyzes on the problems and reasons of the application-oriented talents training model in independent colleges, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in order to try to construct an application-oriented talents training model with independent college characteristics. This paper is divided into four parts: in the first part, the paper introduces the background and significance of the relevant research, and summarizes the current situation of the research on the application-oriented talent training model in independent colleges. This paper expounds the research ideas and methods of the article. The second part defines the core concepts of independent college and applied talents training mode, and introduces the theoretical basis of this research-the theory of quality-oriented education and the theory of human capital. This paper expounds the construction principles of the application-oriented talents training model in independent colleges, including the market-oriented principle, the quality-oriented principle, the principle of paying equal attention to learning and training, and the principle of combination of industry, university and research. This paper analyzes the basis of talent training orientation in independent colleges, mainly including four basic factors: policy orientation, student source characteristics, school reality and social needs. The third part, according to the theoretical basis of the research and the evaluation expert group to examine the feedback and related data, put forward the current independent college application-oriented talent training model in the talent training target positioning, conditions guarantee, curriculum system, The problems existing in the quality assurance and evaluation system of talent training; This paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the current application-oriented talents training mode in independent colleges, including four aspects: the lack of unity of ideology and understanding, the lack of macro-control, the irregular market mechanism and the insufficient social participation. In the fourth part, according to the problems existing in the current independent college talent training mode, some suggestions are put forward to try to construct an application-oriented talent training model which accords with the characteristics of the independent college itself.
