【摘要】：隨著全球化進(jìn)程的不斷深入,國(guó)外的思想意識(shí)、觀點(diǎn)形態(tài)大量涌入我國(guó),高校思想政治教育受到制約和挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)前,影響大學(xué)生的思想和行為的因素逐漸多元化,高校思想政治教育應(yīng)與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、勇于創(chuàng)新。我們應(yīng)該結(jié)合我國(guó)當(dāng)前的實(shí)際,在借鑒西方思想政治教育的方法的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)隱性思想政治教育。努力提高高校隱性思想政治教育的吸引力和感染力以及實(shí)效性,這是擺在思想政治教育者面前的一個(gè)重要課題。 高校思想政治教育理論工作者與實(shí)踐工作者必須著眼于隱性思想政治教育理論與實(shí)踐的緊密結(jié)合與融會(huì)貫通,積極探索隱性思想政治教育的實(shí)效性,實(shí)現(xiàn)顯性思想政治教育與隱性思想政治教育優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),從而促進(jìn)我國(guó)高等教育全面健康地發(fā)展,為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展培育出德智體全面發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才,使大學(xué)生成為社會(huì)主義合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人。本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法、問(wèn)題分析法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法和正反向研究法等方法,對(duì)高校隱性思想政治教育在實(shí)踐操作層面進(jìn)行探索。因此,從更新高校隱性思想政治教育理念、開(kāi)發(fā)高校思想政治隱性教育資源、拓展高校實(shí)施隱性思想政治教育的途徑等角度著手,是提高實(shí)效性的切實(shí)可行的路徑,能夠使高校隱性思想政治教育工作收到良好的效果。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of globalization, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been restricted and challenged by the influx of ideas and ideas from abroad into our country. At present, the factors influencing college students' thought and behavior are gradually diversified, and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities should keep pace with the times and be brave to innovate. We should further strengthen and improve the recessive ideological and political education on the basis of drawing lessons from the western ideological and political education methods according to the present situation of our country. It is an important subject in front of ideological and political educators to improve the attraction, appeal and effectiveness of implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The theoretical and practical workers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities must focus on the close combination and integration of the theory and practice of implicit ideological and political education, and actively explore the effectiveness of implicit ideological and political education. To realize the complementary advantages of explicit ideological and political education and recessive ideological and political education, so as to promote the all-round and healthy development of higher education in China, and to cultivate high-quality talents of all-round development of moral, intellectual and physical development for the development of socialist market economy in China. Make college students become socialist qualified builders and reliable successors. This paper explores the hidden ideological and political education in colleges and universities on the practical level by means of literature research, investigation and research, problem analysis, experience summary and positive and negative research. Therefore, from the angle of renewing the idea of recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities, developing the resources of recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and expanding the way of carrying out implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities, it is a feasible way to improve the effectiveness of the education. Can make the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities get good results.
