【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)、創(chuàng)業(yè)品德和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力是構(gòu)成大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的主要構(gòu)成因素。通過這三方面創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)與提升，以促進(jìn)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的形成和全面發(fā)展。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)是指大學(xué)生個(gè)體或群體創(chuàng)業(yè)者在創(chuàng)造新的崗位時(shí)應(yīng)具備的知識(shí)、能力、素養(yǎng)。本文從社會(huì)角度、教育角度、經(jīng)濟(jì)角度三個(gè)方面來分析大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的價(jià)值，以此來分析大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的重要性。目前我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)取得一定的成績，初步建立了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)教育體系，基本明確了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)育人目標(biāo)，，進(jìn)一步豐富了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)發(fā)展內(nèi)涵。取得一定成績的同時(shí)，我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)存在一些問題，其中，教育主體（政府、社會(huì)、高校）對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠深入，教育客體（大學(xué)生）對創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的理解不夠強(qiáng)化。在國外，美國、歐盟、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家關(guān)于大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)相對豐富，值得我國借鑒，其中美國在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)理念、培養(yǎng)體制、師資隊(duì)伍、課程體系、文化氛圍尤為發(fā)達(dá)。因此，為構(gòu)筑大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)體系，需要我們在樹立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)新型理念、建立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)長效機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、完善大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)課程體系、營造大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)文化氛圍方面做出努力。
[Abstract]:This paper argues that entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial morality and entrepreneurial ability are the main factors that constitute the entrepreneurial quality of college students. Through the cultivation and promotion of these three aspects of entrepreneurship quality, to promote the formation and all-round development of college students' entrepreneurial quality. The entrepreneurial quality of college students refers to the knowledge, ability and accomplishment that individual or group entrepreneurs should possess when creating new posts. This paper analyzes the value of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality from three aspects: social angle, educational angle and economic angle, so as to analyze the importance of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality. At present, some achievements have been made in the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial quality. The educational system of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality has been established preliminarily, and the goal of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality has been basically clearly defined. It further enriches the connotation of the cultivation and development of college students' entrepreneurial quality. At the same time, there are some problems in the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial quality. Among them, the main body of education (government, society, colleges and universities) does not know enough about the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial quality. The understanding of the educational object (college students) to the cultivation of entrepreneurial quality is not strengthened enough. In foreign countries, such as the United States, the European Union, Japan and other developed countries about college students' entrepreneurial quality training experience is relatively rich, worthy of our reference, the United States in the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial quality concept, training system, teaching staff, curriculum system, The cultural atmosphere is particularly developed. Therefore, in order to build up the training system of college students' entrepreneurial quality, we need to establish the new idea of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality, establish the long-term mechanism of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality, and strengthen the construction of teaching staff for cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality. Perfect the course system of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality and build the cultural atmosphere of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial quality.
