論高師院校歷史專業(yè)師范生課堂教學(xué)技能的培養(yǎng)與提高
[Abstract]:Classroom teaching skill is an important part of teachers' teaching ability. It is the most basic guarantee to embody teachers' internal quality, transmit teaching information and complete teaching task. As the starting point of teachers' professional development, normal students should pay attention to and strengthen the training of classroom teaching skills, so that they can adapt to the formal teaching work in the future. Based on the micro-teaching training and after-class questionnaire survey of students in a class 07 of History major in Central China normal University, this paper mainly discusses the following three parts: the first part, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the classroom teaching skills of the normal students and analyzes the reasons for the formation of the problems, combining with the record of the students' listening to the class and the questionnaire survey after class. Some typical problems are illustrated with examples. In the second part, combining with the theory of education and teaching and my own experience, this paper expounds the ways and methods of improving the classroom teaching skills of normal school students from their own perspective, and selects some good cases for normal students to learn from. In the third part, according to the actual needs of history teaching in middle school, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to improve the classroom teaching skills of normal college students, mainly from three aspects: knowledge, skills and practice. The research in this paper is helpful for normal students to think better about the methods of improving classroom teaching skills, and also to improve the training scheme of normal students in normal universities. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to promote the better development of normal students. Improve the quality of the faculty.
